My family and I went in to this location on 04/13/2026. We were subsequently overcharged and when I notified the employees the manager came out and said that they charge extra for when two different flavors are mixed together. This wasn’t correct and was even confirmed by the store owner. Carissa, the manager is rue as all hell and a liar. The owner advised me VIA email to go back in and get my refund and a free ice cream which I appreciated. I went back in a week later to get my refund and ice cream and Alyssa (an employee” wanted to argue with me after showing her the email from the franchise owner. Alyssa contacted the store manager (Carissa) and she claimed the refund was already given which was a total lie. I ended up emailing the owner again and finally on my third trip back they refunded me $11.39. I’m not sure why the employees and manager made this entire situation as difficult as it was but it was crazy haha and ridiculous. I won’t be giving them my business ever again. Thanks, Natalie for finallnfetting me my refund.

The only problem was the cross over of flavors

Whoever was working the afternoon on 2/15 deserves a raise. She was the only employee on a busy Sunday. The place was packed when I got there and I waited maybe 10 minutes. Work ethic like that is rare these days.

The best ice cream I've ever had.

I am not sure who owns this Cold Stone… but you need to do better. There’s always only 2 people working and a massive line out the door. We decided to order online tonight. Big mistake. My boyfriend picked up the order only to find out when he got home it was missing the waffle bowls. He then had to drive back to get them (i know we should have looked but they should also do their job). I am not enjoying it on the couch and realized the extra topping (cookie dough) I PAYED FOR (like the bowls you have to pay for) is not in the ice cream. I’m sorry, idk how hard it is to make ice cream or follow directions… but every experience at this cold stone sucks.

False advertising 😑 had a sign that said banana but when I asked for my banana shake they said they didn't have any while they leave the banana sign on the glass window and they really upset me as someone who was looking forward to my banana shake at the end of my day. Terrible service also 😤

Go to buy milk shakes,early afternoon,they can not make any shakes today cuz they have absolutely no milk at the store today.

Never have milk or ingredients to make milkshake when they do you get shorted. Terrible customer service

Came in today 6/19, says they opened at 11. Apparently their hours are flexible because the door was locked at 11am. Went back later and the girl who claimed to be the manager was incredibly rude. They sell a premium product for a premium price, I would expect premium service, no such luck today

There was two hairs mixed into my ice cream. Where are the hairnets?

We could not be more disappointed we stood at the doors waiting for then to open and she finally started walking towards the door after taking no off her headphones at 11:03 so we left
