Came in today 6/19, says they opened at 11. Apparently their hours are flexible because the door was locked at 11am. Went back later and the girl who claimed to be the manager was incredibly rude. They sell a premium product for a premium price, I would expect premium service, no such luck today
There was two hairs mixed into my ice cream. Where are the hairnets?
We could not be more disappointed we stood at the doors waiting for then to open and she finally started walking towards the door after taking no off her headphones at 11:03 so we left
I love cold stone however I had an unpleasant experience. The young lady who waited on me Saturday May 31st 11 am was very rude at center place in Greeley Colorado

Wow, love Cold Stone Creamery. Ice cream is second to none. The sweet cream is always my favorite and the Chocolate Almond Milk is sooo good! Don't believe, take a taste... Take a look 🙂
Really?!! $9 for a “Like-It” sized single scoop of ice cream (no mix-ins) in a paper cup?!? Really?
When you walk in....they are just involved in each other. It took 2, or three minutes before these ladies and my Daughter to say hi, (or hey)!

Last time we went in the ice cream is close to $10 a cup. That is getting a little steep for me. I went in the other day to look for a cake and they are almost $40 for a pretty small cake. I went to Dairy Queen and got about the same size for like $25. Hopefully they can figure it out, but I won't be coming back at their price point.
