The stars are for the service received, not the cookie. I was taken by surprise this evening when I was asked for a “1 or 2 dollar tip” on a $4.88 purchase at the drive-thru. That’s 25-42%. I gave a tip only because I still hadn’t received my cookie and felt intimidated. (I learned a long time ago to not make anyone angry who handles my food.) I’m still not sure what to think. I may take up baking.
Quick service. Employee friendly but should acknowledge when someone walks into the store. Someone was ordering on their machine and did not offer to take our order on their other machine.
