I've been super happy with Crumbl until recently. Normally the cookies are delicious but I just got the German chocolate cake and the walnuts were rancid. When I called them to let them know so A. They could pull the rancid cookies and B. Because I wanted a refund on my $5 cookie. But to my surprise, I was very sweetly told there was no record of my purchase so unfortunately they could not refund me and no one else complained so they were going to do anything about the rancid...
