Great food, decent service. Have yet to be dissapointed
Called to ask about specials and pricing as the website wasn't working. The person who answered made me repeat myself several times. Then when I asked why when I looked at the menu it only showed topping options. His response was I don't really know anything about ordering online. Rude
My son and I stopped in to pick up our order and stood at the counter for 15 mins without anybody even acknowledging us. Three other people walked in and received the same warm welcome. After seeing this I decided to leave since I hadn’t paid for my order yet. Zero customer service at this location.
The guy who answered the phone yesterday 5/19/25 was pretty polite an tried to offer help but then he grabbed his female manager and she was about as useless as could be an rude an seemed annoyed to be even answering a phone. Being that I’m a manager of a restaurant I found this experience to be not only unprofessional at all levels but also disappointing because dp dough used to be a good place to eat an go an clearly bad management is ruining this establishment. I wasn’t surprised to see all the negative reviews. Mike should really clean house before he starts losing his business.
Always double check your order before you leave or after they drop off, 8/10 they mess it up.
Chocolate chip cookies might as well be labeled “plain cookies” the proportions on chocolate chips are so skimpy and stingy. Not to mention they’re NEVER fully and thoroughly cooked all the way, huge risk of food poisoning from how raw they dish out these “cookies”. Not worth the waste of money and going back to get your food cold or getting illness from kitchen staff negligence. God bless and protect what goes into your body.
Excellent food and excellent service. They are always friendly.

Vegetarian options: I seen vegetarian selections on the menu . Customer service was rude and aggressive when I asked for my ranch dip that I HAD ordered . Out of the 5 employees who were there with only me and my grandson for the 20 minutes that we waited, none could remember packaging up my calzones when I asked about the ranch dip. One of the employees yelled at me " "what does it matter who packaged it ? " It really didn't matter but just saying that none of the 5 could remember if they put the ranch in or not , which they hadn't. I was informed by the employee who yelled at me that I hadn't paid for it. I didn't mind paying for it but I did mind the aggressive behavior of the employee. He made one last snark at me and said " We made a mistake ,,OHHHHHH MYYYY GOD " Very sarcastically. I guess he doesn't really know much about customer service because someone with good customer service skills would have wanted to solve the customers complaint. Not showboat in front of his coworkers to a disabled grandmother and her grandson who only stopped by as paying customers for a dinner which included , because I specifically ordered it, "ranch dressing for dipping" and it was not put in the order. SMH!!! Ohhhhh myyyy God I guess I just expected to much huh..

I used to love DP Dough, and these guys used to be good. Sadly, that is in the past, and they have gone downhill. Don't order delivery if you want it on time, instead it'll take 2 hours and arrive lukewarm at best. D P Dough is good, just not this location.

I've eaten at the DP Doughs in Denver, delicious! This location, was not that good. The dough was flavorless and blan. The veggies and pepperonis in the calzon were raw, barely any cheese. Worst of all the marinara sauce, tasted like cheap can stuff.

They no longer deliver, they use door dash. My dasher did not put in my address properly, accused me of entering it wrong, and added another 20 minutes to my delivery because they typed it in wrong. I only eat food from here because they used to have their own delivery drivers and are open late. I won't be ordering from here since they outsourced and door dash drivers are always a terrible experience

Their credit system sucks. They write it down in a book and then lose it.
