Great and fast service

My order was wrong. I ordered a $7 meal deal with everything on the cheese burger. She brought me a burger with cheese and ketchup only. Everything means everything...lettuce, tomato, pickle. To upgrade the sundae to a blizzard the sign says $2.00 but I was charged $2.40.. so which is it? $2 or $2.40. We are charged .40 for tomato, and .40 for lettuce. I don't like to be nickle and dimed by these ridiculous add ons! The meal deal sign says $7.00. However, I was charged $7.89. Another discrepancy with the cost. This is absolutely my last time at this DQ.

When I went they said the toaster was not working and my order was suppose to come with toasted bread and I asked what they can substitute it for and they said they can’t substitute it with anything even though I paid for it and they couldn’t provide it. I feel like they should of given me an extra chicken or something since I paid for the toasted bread

Choco brownie blizzard was incredibly delicious!

Found a hair in my son's blizzard, after coming home I called to get it possibly replaced. The manager was extremely rude. I took a picture of the hair had to throw it away. It's really not that serious replace it or refund me. Not my fault there was a hair in it. If you can't handle simple customer service shouldn't call yourself a manager. This is the 2nd time I've had rude service here. If you can't be nice shouldn't work in customer service. I'm like the nicest person I treat all with upmost respect especially in my workplace. Not an ounce of integrity in this young lady

The service was TOP NOTCH. Istamar (so sorry if i butchered the spelling!) and Trisha were so kind while I figured out my payment method in the chaos of a line of cars around the corner and more people waiting on line behind me. I can't say enough for their kindness. Thank you both so much for brightening my day a bit, it makes such a difference having employees like you!

Always stop by here after my nephew and niece softball/baseball games. Staff is always friendly, BIG Shout out to mcKenzie, she was very helpful and nice, the place is always clean and pretty fast at getting food out, overall a 10/10

The cheese burger was cold and very messy, the onion rings were so burnt that they were not edible, it's sad because I've never had a problem with DQ. When I spoke with the manager they really didn't seem like they cared about me or the problem. Well I'll take my money elsewhere.
