There are significant service issues, they water down their soda and/or put way too much ice in it, with no way to request less / or no ice in the app, and they ignore you if you ask for it. Along the same lines, when you order a 6 piece strips, there are usually several that are much smaller. They also very frequently get the sauce wrong and give heated up honey-mustard (yuck) instead of gravy, despite gravy being the adverstised / default option. They're very slow, as well.

It was pleasant to see a team working pleasantly given the last 20 min of being open. All functioning as a team. My daughter has been sick so I felt bad coming last minute. It was refreshing to see all not appearing burned out and hating their job for once. I really just wanted to point this out because you don't see it anymore. Awesome experience things like this deserve more reward and attention.

The Centerplace location in Greeley is Top Notch!! Always wonderful service and friendly!! This location has become a birthday favorite for me and my kids!!! I enjoy their food and ice cream can’t complain about a thing!!

Need some more responsible customer service representatives, the manger for the night shift was very rude, & didn’t give me my card or receipt but handed me the food, & when I came back for my card she wasn’t trying to be helpful, because they were getting ready to close, mind you they never followed there procedures, which is why I never got my card or receipt. I eat here pretty often and would definitely like the service, atmosphere and food to be quality & that’s not what I got! If I could rate lower I would

Great prices and great food. The staff is always smiling and they act professionally. They get orders out pretty fast here. Drive through can be a long wait on the weekends.
It’s comfort food, alright, but it’s like a 7.3/10. The ice cream is good, when it’s actually blended together and don’t skimp out on the chunks. Nothing here screams healthy. The bread in the chicken basket slaps though.
You do still need to serve people close to closing time if you’re still open. Went by a few minutes before they closed and as I was pulling up to the drive thru they turned off the lights and claimed they were closed. Either they’re lazy or their clocks truly are off, either way it ought to be fixed.
