Went through the drive thru only 4 cars ahead of me. Took 25 mins to place my order and another 10min to receive my food at the window. The guy at the window was wearing street clothes no uniform! As I’m sitting at the window waiting for my food the employee is wearing gloves eating Candy the same gloves he had on when he took my payment then proceeded to go and bag my food 🤢 I get home the food is disgusting!! Fries are over salted to the point they were inedible the steak burrito was slapped together holes in the tortilla, and the steak was so chewy and seemed under cooked to top it off the the 2 burritos were cold very disappointing and a waste of money

4th time fries have been oversalted. They were going downhill before they closed, they reopened and their still stuck at mediocre. We've only been here 4 times since they reopened and fries are very very salty. Tried the different sizes, tried Asada as well. Salty everything. I mean I can see the salt covering them. My other half likes asian salty and the fries can be too much for him. Have to try unsalted. Maybe they'll be normal.
