We ordered delivery through the Dickeys website. When it arrived we received boneless wings instead on bone in and none of our dessert items. When I called immediately to ask what happened the girl answered and just said sorry and that there was nothing she could do due to a manager not being there. I was not happy to say the least. I ordered $80 in food and didn’t get half of what I ordered. I went in the next day and spoke to the manager who was absolutely lovely! Haley was exceptional! She refunded me what I didn’t get and also made me some bone in wings to take with. I was not expecting them to go above and beyond but they did. If you have any issues with your order it is worth it to go in and speak with Haley she will make it right. I advised she should coach the younger staff on how to appropriately deal with these issues and feel confident she will address this. I will be ordering again from this establishment only because of the manager doing the right thing and going above and beyond as customer service industries should!

Menu board said loaded potato with meat was $10.99 but I was charged $$12.99. Clerks said price had changed a week ago but menu board had not been updated. This is poor

Did not like should have googled other BBQ places near me. The brisket was all fat and didn’t eat it. The chicken was dry. There is also no smoke flavor in the meat at all. Oh and the ice cream machine was broken. Should have known since we were the only ones in there.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but this situation can’t be ignored. I ordered a pulled pork sandwich, and what I received was cool to the touch, not even lukewarm—and worse, the meat had a strong ammonia smell, like urine. That’s a major health red flag.
As someone who’s familiar with food safety, this isn’t just about preference it’s about potential improper storage or spoilage. Meat that smells like ammonia is not safe to serve. I immediately discarded the meal and chose not to risk my health.
It’s disappointing, because I was looking forward to a good meal after a long day. I hope management takes this seriously, checks food temps, and retrains staff if needed because serving meat in that condition is dangerous.
I don’t want a refund or a replacement. I just want others to be aware and for the restaurant to do better. Sun 6/29/2025.
