I have been a customer to this location twice, and twice is all I need. Both times were delivery/pick up orders. The first time when my items were missing/incorrect, I called the store to let them know I would pick up the missing items, and the women on the phone was rude, disrespectful, and argued with me. In the end, the owner generously delivered our order. After this experience, I had put in a complaint online because I was so bothered by how the employee spoke to me. The owner called me and apologized and said he spoke with the employee and apologized for our order being wrong. Last night, I did a pick up order. SO many issues. Out of potatoes (this is an inventory issue), missing 1 of the 2 buns I ordered, missing my drink, missing some sauce I ordered, missing cheese that we asked for on the side, toast was burned, and meat was cold. I wanted so badly to think that we could have a good experience, but it is obvious that this location needs to have better management and oversight. I will not return.

It was fine; the sides are meh but the meat is pretty good. There seems to be a high amount of salt in everything, though. The spicy bbq sauce is quite spicy.

Quantities suck, no more meat on a 2 meat plate vs a 1 meat plate. Sides were abysmally small. The fries were soggy and the okra overcooked. Overall not worth the cost, better off going to Nordy's or making the trip over to Moe's in Fort Collins.
I can't believe this place! They changed the custom tip that I entered and gave themselves $25 more then what I entered. Make sure to screenshot your entries to you can prove without a doubt. Can't stand dishonest companies. Never again.

The roll they served me was as hard as a rock, and the restaurant is dirty. I'm not sure what was happening the day I went, but they sure have a lot of improvement to do.
