Love dominos pizza. Just can’t afford it like I did last year. So I was bummed that the points I thought I had saved up disappeared because I guess it expired didn’t know that was a thing. Thought I accumulated points and stored them to come back and use it but once I get enough for free pizza there must be an expiration time on the free one FYI everyone.

Ordered my 2 pizzas online for carry out. The screen told me my pizza would be ready in 20min. I arrive to pick my pizza 30min later.. and I'm told it will be 8 more min. So I wait 10min and go in , only to be told it will be 7min .. gave them 15min this time .. we finally get our pizza.. but wait .... what is this?? I have to put my pizza in the oven to finish cooking it!? It was still doughy. Thanks for making cooking my own meal on the one night I had off..
Tried using their automated service and it could not figure out the right address. When I finally got through to an employee they hung up the phone while I was in the process of making an order. Atrocious customer service.

Watch your pricing! I ordered off of the application and clicked on Speciality Pizza for $14.99 and garlic parmessan bread bits for $4.99. Ended up paying $17.99 fir the pizza and $5.74 for the parmesan bread bites! Though it was good, I'll be calling my orders from now on!

Today is May 24, 2025 - after getting a price of $37.80 from the store just south of this one about 3 miles we decided not to get those two medium pizzas because it was too high. We then called the store and spoke with Wesley, who is an amazing person. In the end, the same thing here was only $24.06. It’s amazing to me that there’s a $13 difference from stores that are only 5 miles apart. If you’re reading this, you’re probably wondering if you should go here or not and the answer is definitely yes The bench is very comfortable inside and my son wanted to sleep there even ha ha ha he also has electric vehicle chargers on the side of the building and a real easy In-N-Out if you’re gonna do the carry out I’ve taken pictures of the store hours and the store and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s hungry and wants a fair price for a great pizza

A local church got coupons for a free one topping medium pizza. The coupon says valid at ANY Domino's in Loveland, Fort Collins, and Greeley. Pretty sure this one's in Greeley. They refused the coupon because people were using them. Crazy that people would use a coupon, right? Avoid this piss poor store. The one on 77th had no issue with the coupon.
