I ordered online and for some reason my apartment # wasn't available and my old phone number was on my account. I've updated it numerous times. Tonight my order said that my delivery was completed but I didn't get my pizza because they didn't have my current phone number. When I called the gentleman was very helpful and understanding. They remade my pizza and wings and got them to my house really fast. Sadly I had a extra tip for the driver but he left so quick I couldn't catch him. Thank you and once again I appreciate you

I live 3 miles from the store and called to verify they could deliver to my house, they said yes and then proceeded to take my order. They said it would take 35 to 45 minutes and after 45 minutes they called and told me that they did not want to deliver to my address and I could come and pick my pizza up if I wanted it, I had already paid for my pizza and had a babysitter at the house and had no way of picking it up because I was insured that it would be delivered. I’ve asked to speak with multiple managers and the store manager has not been available or too busy and been told multiple names for the store manager. It’s been 4 days and no return calls. Terrible customer service

our driver (i think her name was abigail?) was super sweet and quickly delivered our order without any problems finding my apartment which i feel like is a common issue when ordering online. i just wanted to thank her for her amazing customer service!! keep up the good work <3

Pizza delivery driver delivered it to the wrong unit didn’t use the call back number and then I called and tried to receive a discount or refund but was told no because I didn’t enter a building number even though the full address is on my pizza profile and is delivered no issue everytime except this time and I had to argue with the employee for the manager because he was denying a refund and then finally the manager steps on the phone after the 4th timeOf me asking to finally say she can give me the refund. They were quick to dismiss the customer and assume it was my fault on my end they constantly kept miscommunicating which is why I was told no for my refund at first and the whole time they were super passive aggressive I’m 23 years old birthday was yesterday I’ve never written a review in my life till now the amount of disrespect and lack of help was beyond me I would not give businesses here till some of these people quit or are trained to better handle these types of situations instead of just dismissing the customer immediately acting like they never make a mistake.
