We have breakfast at Doug’s every Saturday and have always loved the food and service. It seems since the new owners took over, the same quality is not there. The last 2 visits, my ham and cheese omelette is cold and the cheese is not melted, the new hash browns are not as good, and the pancake has a different flavor. The service is ok, but we were forgotten our last visit and had to flag someone down to complete our order.
Came in for breakfast, not been in a really long time. Not busy at all. Food was not good at all. No refill on drinks. Food was dropped off and waitstaff did not check on us once. Overall horrible. Will not be back.

The food and service is always good, but the terrible music blaring from the kitchen has made it so I have been looking for another place to have breakfast. I hope this gets fixed, but it is truly annoying when you have to raise your voice to talk across the table due to the kitchen music being so LOUD.

Doug’s Diner in Greeley is a fantastic spot for a hearty, delicious meal! At Rocky State Storage, we love supporting local businesses, and Doug’s Diner never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served with great hospitality. Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or a quick bite, it’s a must-visit in Greeley. Highly recommend checking them out!

Food took forever and was overcooked. Service was very sparse. Disappointed as I know they have the ability to be good. They recently raised their prices making a larger reason why it’s not worth it. I know other Doug’s are good. Sad this one has fallen behind. This has all happened more then once.

Prices went up a bit but I think it's still a good deal for the portions. Nice atmosphere with kind attentive staff.

I rarely write reviews, but our trip to Doug’s was terrible. The food took an extremely long time to come out, was barely warm or cold, and didn’t taste good. Very poor quality or over cooked. There was nothing positive about our experience. We had been to other Doug’s that were great but we will never go back to this one.

The reason I’m giving this place a one star review is for many reasons. First of all when we got there and ordered are food it took them half an hour to finally get are food to us. And annoyingly even after half and hour of preparation they still managed to get my sisters order wrong TWICE and when I finally got my steak that I ordered, it was raw the bottom of the steak wasn’t even cooked and it was cold. I asked if I could get another because mine was raw and after about ten minutes of waiting they finally brought out another steak that was actually cooked, but it still tasted terrible and was so chewy I couldn’t even take a bite. And I forgot to mention when we first showed up they gave us terrible tasting drinks. The only upside to this place was are server who was really nice and gave us 50% off for are troubles. I don’t often write reviews but this was bad enough to write one.
We were a little disappointed by the service it seemed they had multiple bussers, but not many servers. The food portion was good, but the meat was overcooked and hard to chew. I had to flag down someone to take our payment so we could leave, even though multiple people saw us sitting there waiting. A bit more attention from the staff and cooks would make the experience much better.

Great little spot in Greeley. The diner is clean and nice. Took a little while for service but understandable since their cooks were backed up. The servers were quick and friendly. Food was good, I got the skinny papas with gravy. It could use a little flavor in their gravy but food was still well made and fresh.

Busy Sunday brunch spot with good food, plenty of parking nearby, and reasonable prices. Friendly and efficient staff in a quirky, clean atmosphere. Try the pancakes, trust me!
Parking: Minimal street parking but a big parking lot (permit signs we didn't read) across the street at the Ice Haus.
Kid-friendliness: Numerous families with small children were on site when we visited. Highchairs available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance with no stairs and wide doorways inside.

I do not write a bad review spontaneously. This was caused by the worst experience I've had at Doug's or any other restaurant. The waiter brought out the food that was not made as requested, he had confirmed the order and repeated it back as ordered. We had to send the food back because we specifically requested crispy Hashbrowns. Once we sent he food back, our dishes were brought out wrong again. I asked to take my plate and take it off the check. Once my husband returned to the table and checked his plate, the Cowboy did not have bacon, ham, or sausage as it should. He also decided not to eat. The waiter brought the check and once asked to look over the food, he threw the receipt on the plate of food and told us to leave. We used to visit multiple Doug's at a minimum once a week and were treated horribly for no other reason than we wanted our food as ordered. NEVER AGAIN.
