Our server was Frankie, and she was the absolute best. Prompt service, and very friendly. Everything you would want in a server.
Thank you for giving us a great experience Frankie. We'll be back and hopefully we get you again!

Gave it one star to review. Food was cold, cinnamon roll tasted day old and eggs Benedict was very salty. My grandaughters wouldn't even eat the chocate pancakes. Service was terrible.
I have eaten at several Doug's Diners and I will not go back to your Greeley location.

Was greeted nicely, had high hopes. Food lowkey sucked. Took forever to get ranch and it was funky. The refried beans had a gross taste and the guacamole was tasteless. Had a decent mimosa for 99 cents. Fries were good. Overall not impressed at all and probably will not be returning.

Hoping it was a one off but we spend 40mins waiting for cold food Saturday morning. Items we asked for were not brought out. They didnt seem that busy so unsure why it took so long for our food, we actually had to send a plate back to be reheated. Not seeing why this place is so hyped 🤷♀️

YUCK! After waiting for our food for over 45 min in came out luke warm at best. We ordered a cinnamon roll the waitress must have forgotten. When we asked about it, one was brought out. It was stale, hard, and cold. Over priced horrible food.

.99 mimosas are small, but the food, service, atmosphere makes well up for it!!

Not from Greeley and wanted a quick lunch. Stood at entrance of course cause I need to wait to be seated. No one acknowledged me for 10 mins so decided to leave. This young lady seemed polite and was helping a takeout order. If she would have at least said hello I'll be with you shortly I would have waited longer. But she didn't even look at me. I'll try again in the future and hopefully have a better experience. Just went today as well. Fresh in my mind so apologies if I sound rude. Not my intention.

We went in and it took forever to order the waitress in the middle of taking our order just said ugh I got something else going on and left us. Then she was taking care of other people shortly after that We waited another 10 minutes after waiting 25 minutes for the first waitress that flaked out on us for another waitress to take our order. Then we get the food and it’s under cooked pork sausage as you see in the picture I posted. Man talk about a terrible experience I hope yours is better than ours. Or skip this place all together.
Windsor dougs diner food taste a lot more fresh. My hash browns were soggy and taste like instant hash browns. The bacon was thin compared to the windsor location. My order was missing 1 meal and both orders were made wrong when I got them. Second time here and both times the food was mid.

The Sunday wait was about 40 minutes. The food was so so. Not sure if they were short staffed, but we waited a long time to be seated and to be served. Would not choose them again.

They will set friends of workers before actual customers that's been waiting. I heard a conversation between two workers about it. Not right

Surprise Fees
I ordered biscuits and gravy priced at $9.50—only to be hit with a $10.50 charge. Added sausage for $2.50, but apparently got two sausages I didn’t ask for, and was charged $4.25. When I asked about the discrepancy, the waitress informed me prices changed... but the menus haven’t been updated.
So the menu is just a suggestion? Charming.
It’s not about the extra $2.75—it’s about honesty and transparency. If you can’t keep your menu accurate, don’t be surprised when customers walk out.
Bad business practice cost you a potential regular. I won’t be back.

Clean restaurant with great wait staff. Very attentive and friendly. Food prices aren't bad for being near Denver and portions are sufficient. We enjoyed the patio seating in the shade.
