“Welcome to DB - how many squirts of what?!” Here I am, a simple man trying to order coffee from a place that has the word COFFEE in their name. To my surprise, COFFEE is not sold, as an Americano is their substitute. All other options are bags-full of sugar that could give an elephant diabetes.
As for the service - is it part of the job training to give staff a lesson in being rude? I tried to sing Pucconi’s “Nessun Dorma” from the 1994 hit by the Three Tenors, only to be told to drive up to the next window. Highly recommend a more local spot for coffee and class

From the two locations in Greeley this location always seems to think they can get away with serving a cup that 1/2 coffee and fill the rest up with whipped cream. The whipped top should only consist of like 1/8 of the cup . Both times was when ordering a freeze coffee and at night time much before closing time. I shouldn’t be getting that much whipped topping in my coffee/freeze unless a customer specifically asked for extra. They chose to be indolent when making it the first time just to have to remake it which is annoying to have to go around ask for.

Drinks are amazing. Dont go when they are busy...I waited over 29 min for 2 drinks when I walked up to thr window and I ordered online. They had zero idea of what they were doing inside. No rhyme or reason of who was doing what. They dont have specific people doing drive thru and specific people doing walk up. There is no reason someone should have to wait that long for 2 drinks when they order ahead. And with the owners response...they dont seem to care about Google reviews...they want you to go to their app to talk to them...im not writing any of this again. Sorry

Can yall please explain why this specific location takes SOOO long? Like is it training? Turnover? People not caring? ( Which seems unrealistic because everyone is always so nice) Or too much chatting at the window? Like it takes time to make a good drink but out of every dutch in the northern Colorado area this one involves waiting 45 minutes to get a drink sometimes. And half the time if you do anything special to your order they'll mess the whole thing up. Like lets figure out the issue and solve it because your the only store struggling THIS bad

Never have issues ordering ahead for other locations but this one doesn't prioritize the order ahead drinks. This the 4th time I have to wait 5- 10mins for my drink when it should've been ready. So disappointing especially this one close to me :(
Response to owners: I took the time to shoutout specific team members that do exactly what your brand calls for “radiate kindness” and your generic response to that compliment makes me draw unfortunate conclusions about the morale and therefore recent turnover at this location. Many people complain about wait times and slowness and neglect from baristas but I celebrate their interactions with myself and others. Please acknowledge/celebrate them publicly as you have (I hope!) privately. - a long term manager and advocate for the people.
Britta and Trinity have become a part of my life on a level way deeper than coffee. I’m a very newly single mother and when I am feeling overwhelmed, defeated, betrayed or even happy and excited - I rearrange my day to get over to DB in hopes of a cup of happiness served by the brightest lights in customer service. I can always count on support from this shop and these lovely ladies. They radiate strength and leadership which is exactly what women love to see in eachother. I drive away every single time being reminded that there is greatness in the world and it is so simply my local baristas. Thank you for serving 🙏🏽☕️🫶🏽

I love Dutch Bros but I was not happy with my service today. Speed quality service is not what you get here anymore. I waited 35 minutes for my drink, it was not busy, the time I went which was disappointing. Staff are not friendly and were unwelcoming.

Every single time I go to the building on 8th avenue Or the one in Windsor, I never have any problems waiting when I order ahead they’re always so quick and efficient. But for some reason every time I go to This one all the people that work there are More focused on singing and talking to each other other than making someone’s coffee. There’s never been a morning where I didn’t put an order ahead and I still had to wait at least 10 minutes. It just sucks because my work is right there so it's easiest to go there but not when you have to wait. There's no point in putting an order ahead if I still have to wait when I get there.
