This is the second time in a row I wait in line for over 30 min. The guys at the window just chit chatting with one another, while the line keeps growing and no drink orders being made. 👎

I love Dutch bros as much as the next person but today I was not happy with service in the slightest, my sister and I came to pick up a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 11:20 so we arrived a little early around 11:10 and waited for nearly 30 mins being forgotten while 6 or others who came after us at the pick up window all got their orders before we did and we had to say something or else we would probably not received our order and at this point it was already 11:40 Not to mention one drink had been made that whole time and was nearly just melted down at this point and we also didn’t receive the pasty that was ordered with the order. But staff had plenty of time to all form together and shot gun energy drinks.

We severely need more locations in Greeley. This location is always so busy that 8 out of 10 times they make my drink wrong, either the wrong size the wrong flavor forgot an espresso shot made my rebel iced instead of blended it’s ALWAYS something. I know you are busy but please slow down and make drinks right the first time.

Order a drink at the walk up window at 9:40am. Unfortunately, I asked for and paid for a blended with extra whip. They didn’t give me extra whip, the lady just pop the lid and gave me regular amount and my drink was watery and not blended all the way through.
The Denver locations is my go-to, just cause one location has a larger foot traffic doesn’t mean for degrade in service.
