Drinks are amazing. Dont go when they are busy...I waited over 29 min for 2 drinks when I walked up to thr window and I ordered online. They had zero idea of what they were doing inside. No rhyme or reason of who was doing what. They dont have specific people doing drive thru and specific people doing walk up. There is no reason someone should have to wait that long for 2 drinks when they order ahead. And with the owners response...they dont seem to care about Google reviews...they...

Can yall please explain why this specific location takes SOOO long? Like is it training? Turnover? People not caring? ( Which seems unrealistic because everyone is always so nice) Or too much chatting at the window? Like it takes time to make a good drink but out of every dutch in the northern Colorado area this one involves waiting 45 minutes to get a drink sometimes. And half the time if you do anything special to your order they'll mess the whole thing up. Like lets figure...
