I absolutely love Dutch Bros!! It’s my favorite stop of my day. Today I was delightfully greeted by the most absolute brightest Dutch employee I’ve ever encountered Nur! She had amazing customer service and was just so bubbly she made my day!

Dutch Bros Coffee is fantastic! Everything is delicious, and the Golden Eagle with oat milk is my go-to—it’s so good! The only downside is that most drinks are a bit too sweet for my taste. This café is always crowded and operates as a drive-through, making it a convenient but busy spot for flavorful coffee.

I’m not one to leave 1 star reviews, but I hope this review brings the issue to the person who should be seeing it
This location has a horrible drive thru set up. Cutting in line is a huge problem because of the 2 lanes. There have been times that people have cut me AND the car in front of me which leads me to believe some are doing it on purpose and taking advantage of the bad drive-thru set up. I’m not sure if employees are supposed to call this out or not but they haven’t been helpful in preventing this.
Overall, the headache of going through the drive-thru is not worth the coffee

Line was long and going into traffic so I thought I'd get out of my car to order at the window. I walk up and order right away, no one was infront of me. Meanwhile the girl at the window spends 5 mins cleaning it. Can't you do this on down time, not morning rush? 10 mins later a person pops their head out and says we'll have your drinks soon. Then goes back chatting by the cooler with the girl that took forever to clean the window. Then I seen a car that ordered after me leave before me. I just don't get it! Also my drink wasnt blended well and had a bunch of ice chunks.

My 7 year old needed to use the restroom and they told me no public restroom I wasn’t able to leave the line because it was so packed and cars weren’t moving I thought that was ridiculous a kid can’t use your bathroom when your this busy and not knowing when the line will move to leave
