Most of the newer staff aren't that great but they still have a lot of decent to great employees. The cold Sugar drinks are their specialty. Hot drinks or stuff that doesn't lead to diabetes 2 would be better at the other coffee shops. Cold sugar drinks and great customer service are what your paying for. If that's what you want then this is place to go.

At 7:14 am today there was a order taker with a skull bandana, well to cut the story short she put our order in wrong so much so that my wife didn't even want to order a coffee at all cuz of the attitude and lack of listening skills

Bad service at the pick up window. Evidently the employee knew the person in the car in front of me. They talked for at least 3 minutes after the customer was handed her drink order. The line was getting close to the street!

This is by far my favorite coffee shop to go to! This place doesn’t only get a 5 start review because of the coffee, ITS Because of THE EMPLOYEES! The team here speaks for its self and they get the work done. Fast and efficient and always willing to make your spring the way you want! So DUTCH IF YOUR SEEING THIS GIVE ALL YOUR EMPLOYEES HERE A RAISE, they work hard for their money and they do it well!!!
Maybe it’s the college town but this was the rudest most unprofessional location I have ever been to. “Crystal” if that’s her real name needs an attitude adjustment and her manager Kaden (if she’s even a manager) couldn’t have cared less. Your coffee isn’t good enough to make up for such a terrible vibe. Maybe they need to be reminded what your brand is built on.

The short girl with white pants and black and white headband today was so incredibly rude. It’s not my fault you guys play the music at the walk up window far too loud and I can’t hear you. And you could’ve said someone will be with you shortly instead of your crappy attitude and walking away from me. I’m not sure if the people at this location are new but the past couple times I’ve gone my experience has not been good. The previous time I was told my order head was being worked on. After about 20 minutes of waiting I finally had to ask about it again because I was never acknowledged again. That time the lady who finally helped me apologized and gave me a free drink and points which was greatly appreciated. If you want people to be able to hear you turn the music down or don’t be so rude when we can’t hear anything expect the loud bumping music.
