Although the location may be pricy as it is on a college campus, it is still a fairly good location. I can tell that most employees try their best when it comes to service, and the reviews are outdated since I think this location has changed.
Overall, I don’t think that this is a bad location. It gets quite busy so in my experience sometimes the order gets messed up, but it is a lot more rare and the employees make it right. I would also say that there looks like is a weird corporate rule with the whole no ice in the coffee meaning less coffee. In my experience of all the locations, most don’t even follow that rule and it tends to upset customers.
If I would have one piece of constructive feedback it would probably be the whole policy with no ice. If somebody is ordering no ice to get more coffee or to be environmentally friendly, listen to your customers. Don’t try to fight them. When it happens to me I actually avoid going to Einstein bros for a good amount of time.

Parking: Since it is on a university it is by the university parking system, and it gets extremely confusing. If you do plan to visit this location, keep that in mind.
Kid-friendliness: I will say that the staff love kids, most staff members are good-hearted people who will go out of their way to help kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: UNC is specifically designed to be an accessible campus. If you have a wheelchair you would still be able to visit this location.

Can't go wrong with a bagel but the only location in the city is at campus and it's pay to park, then it's only open 7-11am monday/Friday this location isn't worth going to if you live in greeley

I usualy come here to get my suff but this time was ridiculous. I asked for my iced caramel macchiato that I always get with no ice, but this time the girl said that “without the ice it doesn’t fill up the cup”… which is a lie because this isn’t the first time I have ordered this drink without ice. Waste of money.

I don't understand the complaints. I mean it isn't really like NYC, but the bagels are good and I like the selection of cream cheeses.

This is literally the ONLY bagel place in the entire city of Greeley and they have an operating website saying that they are open and operating normal business hours. This place is CLOSED! You have to pay $1.25 to park to get inside for a bagel and it’s CLOSED and not open!!Update your website or take it off the internet all together!

Tried to find this location...impossible...am thinking it is only for students as it is hidden somewhere around the college! But reading the other posts I am glad I didn’t find it!

I usually don’t complain but when there is a layer of plastic in my food that’s a different story. I love this place usually but whoever was working today was clearly not paying attention to what they were doing, was rude and on their phone. Not a great experience and pretty disappointed.
There's not a huge choice of bagel places in Lafayette. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurant but this one has decent choices. Quick jump in bagel place. We lived in the NorthEast so in my opinion there are no great bagels outside of those delis! I can't tell you how pleased I am with this location now since they replaced all management staff and most of the other staff! The new General Manager Carol has taken a sow's ear and made it into a silk purse! The staff look like they enjoy their jobs, are friendly, and the place is 100% cleaner. Thank you Carol for making this an Einstein's to be prond of and an Einstein's I can now enjoy!
