Visited the restaurant around 8pm, was sited by the host who didn’t acknowledge our presence to serve us chip and salsa. A couple entered 20minutes after we did, and was greeted very friendly by the host, and served them chips and dip immediately followed by the waiter taking their order, while we sat there for 25mintues for someone to acknowledge us… as soon as we had gotten up from our seats, a waiter finally approached us, you guys need to do better.

We love this place for our Mexican food fix. The Emoladas (mole chicken enchiladas) are absolutely amazing! I haven’t had a plate here I didn’t enjoy. The wait staff is friendly and they chips and beans as an appetizer are a nice little touch to the experience ! Highly recommend

I went there once before on the advice of a friend (new to Greeley), and while nothing to write home about, it was ok. Went back to try it again, and it was DISGUSTING. Ordered a margarita, and it tasted like sour mix and soap. Unfortunately it killed my taste and the rest of the meal was ruined because of the drink. Probably not going back. First time was unimpressive second was DISGUSTING.

This place has the BEST bean dip I have ever had. I live 50 minutes from El Cielo, and we have family in Greeley - my family always makes it a point to stop here. The food is awesome. If we don’t have time to get a meal, we order a container of bean dip to take home!!
I waited until I got here to order my to go. Spent $34 on two soups to go plus a tip. Asked for some chips and beans while I waited. Server said the manager won’t allow it since it’s to go. I asked to speak with the manager assuming it was a mistake. Norma came over and told me that’s only when you eat here and I would have to pay for them. Last time I’m patronizing this place. Sad because it used to be so good. It was at 3 PM and the restaurant was not busy.
