The food was pretty good. The steak was flavorful. However the wait time to get 2 burritos and 10 tacos was 40 minutes. Way too long!! The broth that you dunk your tacos into needs some work. It was pretty bland. I'd go again but I'm going to search for other taco trucks to see if the food and experience is better.
AMAIZING AMAIZING AMAIZING. and trust guys I'm not lying. I tell my mom constantly how I miss my taco truck lol. I love it so so so much. Every time I see it I've gotta stop and get something there.
THE BEST QUESABIRRIA!!! My favorite spot in Greeley and the best Mexican food I’ve ever had, I go at least once a week! Get the Quesabirria (especially as a quesadilla) with Consomè and take a ride to a flavor fiesta!
