Epic Egg Restaurants Willow

Worst service I’ve ever received by far. Our waitress started off by being so rude to us, we asked for lemons with our water and she looked at us like we were stupid. She brought out the lemons and we put them in our water, then I noticed there was some sort of fungus on the back of my lemon that was already in my water so I asked for a new glass of water and all she said was “um… ok?” With a dirty look. It took her about 20 minutes to come back and take our actual order, I asked for over hard eggs because I’m pregnant and the yolk needs to be cooked all the way through. When she brought out our food my egg was sunny side up, and she forgot to bring syrup. Before I could say anything she left and was gone for another 10 minutes. I couldn’t eat any of my food because I got pancakes and eggs which required the syrup. When she got back with the syrup I asked for the egg to be remade over hard, she rolled her eyes and brought it to the kitchen. When she came back she brought me just an egg white no yolk. I was done with her attitude so I just ate my pancake and we got the check. When we were leaving she noticed I didn’t eat my egg and said “what you didn’t like your egg?” And i told her it was fine and left. She also never checked on our table, asked about the food, or refilled our water. Overall horrible service and I’m very disappointed.

It was our 1st time here. As truckers, we are always looking for a good place to eat. The Epic egg was great. Well seasoned & great portions. We will be back! And a big southern ty to Kathy B.

I ordered the strawberry heaven. The website shows three pancakes, I only got two. They either messed up the order, or this is false advertising..

Best breakfast/ lunch joint in town !! I love breakfast here. It always starts with a piece of boss bacon and a bloody Mary the combination in my mouth at the same time is heaven ? Anything else on the menu WON'T disappoint you. I'm partial to the sticky bun French toast but everything is good !
