I am just now leaving this facility and Chris is amazing!!! It is hard to find someone who truly takes their job to heart anymore and you can tell that there is pride taken here. The food was good and hot and the service was incredible. I will definitely be back!

Fantastic wings. Half off on Monday!!! Good tasting burgers. We have been there a few times already. The owner is fantastic and only been there for a few months. I can tell he's putting in the effort and is excited. I hope he succeeds.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and happened upon Fat Shack. It was so awesome we went back a second day and took some of our team with us. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Amazing food and service!! We will be back for sure!

We came in Tuesday, June 3rd. We were informed that there was going to be quite a long wait. I didn't even mind the long wait though, because we were aware that the two people on shift were doing everything in their ability to still provide excellent service. The total atmosphere that was created inside this store was very impressive. From the cleanliness, the people, and the overall quality of the food, it was honestly exceptional. We forgot to ask for the names of the two people working this shift that night around 10:30, but they contributed so much to the atmosphere. We were even checked in on multiple times before and after receiving our order with a positive attitude and helpful suggestions. Complete satisfaction of this place, despite the long wait time. Great group too.

As soon as I walked in I smelled the delicious smell of grilling! It was clean and the atmosphere felt light and welcoming! The cook greeted me with a smile and amazing vibrant energy! Service was fast and I can tell he pour his whole heart into the food. Come to find out he was the owner yet he was so humble and kind! Thank you Chris.. I’ll definitely be back with my whole Family

I had a dream about a sandwich with Mac and cheese, and within seconds of my eyes opening I looked up the Fat Shack menu, and proceeded to think about my Mac and cheese dream sandwich all day, for two days. I ordered a fat maverick online for pickup and the only thing I modified was leave out BBQ sauce and add honey mustard instead. I arrived after the specified pick up time and still waited at least thirty minutes for it (aswell as my family's food) to be finished. I get home and open my sandwich with great excitement, only to find a sea of BBQ sauce mixed with honey mustard. So much sauce that it was dripping out of the wrapper and overpowered the taste of everything else. I'm ashamed to say today I cried over a sandwich

Food was good as always unfortunately worked with 2 gentleman today that were pretty rude tbh 20$ disappeared from there tip jar I guess and they basically assumed it was us . Said there gonna take a picture of our plates and all of that. I understand the frustration if someone did take your money but like your manager said it shouldn’t be sitting in a jar in the lobby when it’s in a high homeless/crime area it’s probably a company policy regardless but definitely hope you did find who took your money . We sad in the parking lot after the incident and ate our food. We wouldn’t sit there and wait if we took your tips! Who would ! Not to mention we spent about $80.00 on food they definitely don’t seem like bad gentleman the manger was actually pretty cool there is just other ways of handling and talking to your customers .

I ordered the fat doobie but the half size and I didn't get mozzarella stick in it Maybe that's part of getting a half size I don't know and there was hardly any sauce I could barely taste the honey mustard but the last couple bites. Just isn't all that good anymore unfortunately
