I came in about a week ago and ordered a Chicken Sandwich with no pickles. I said I would eat it there, but didn't order a drink because who wants to pay $3-$4 for flavored water?
So someone brings me my sandwich in a bag. I was already sitting down at a table, so I open the bag and start eating. Guess what's on the sandwich? Yup, pickles. Also the sauce they put on it tasted horrible. Customer service is definitely NOT this places forte.
Should not be a “order online” type of place. They are WAY too understaffed for that. 1cook doing the register and the cooking at 5:00pm(prime dinner time) and you got 1 single employee working… not able to meet customer and driver needs. This place is obviously Mismanaged.

Not very up-beat atmosphere. Was clean for the most part especially the bathroom. Dinning room could of been a little cleaner.

Came in for lunch on my way to another fastfood joint ummm. Anyway had to wait a few mins but so worth it fresh. I mean made just for you buger an fries. The taste amazing I stopped by for lunch an its so worth it. Worth the price an time.

Didn’t get their names, but the two kids behind the counter tonight were awesome. From customer service to the food itself, experience was bar-none. Highly recommend

I live in Grand Junction and came to this fat shack while visiting family and had definitely a unique experience. When we got there we ordered and were greeted by a really nice guy who definitely knew what he was doing when it came to customer service. We sat there and watched the whole restaurant clear out and than we started to hear a pretty passionate argument between the cook and owner. After like 30+ minutes of waiting for my food I decided to get up and talk to the crew because there was 2 people standing around which we talked to them and we did understand that they didn't know how to make the food about 10 more minutes go by and decide I want to talk to the owner since he was there. When he came out we explained to him how long we've been waiting on our food he gave us a full refund for waiting so long and we sit down with him and he starts telling his story about how long he's been in the restaurant industry all the challenges hes faced in past restaurants and how when he got there a couple months ago he was in absolute horror and has spent February-August so far spending the time flipping the restaurant trying to make it an amazing restaurant and he is struggling with the crew and he sincerely apologizes. I used to be a manager at Jersey Mike's so I completely understand where he's coming from the restaurant is only as strong as the the weakest member of your crew is and the crew needs to work together and make it successful and from what I saw it was a lot of man for themselves going on with the crew, who were definitely sweet and great with customer service. I do want to contuine this and say I was happy with how everything was handled and after talking to the owner I am excited to come back to this fat shack next time I am in Greeley and see how much better he makes it I can tell he has passion for his food and restaurant and I can't wait to see what potential that restaurant has and even that crew has. I hope this owner can turn this fat shack around and hey maybe open another franchise closer to his house one day because I know he lives closer to my town than the restaurant and drives to the restaurant everday which as someone who has worked in the food industry for years I haven't seen an owner have enough passion about the restaurant they owned quite like him or even care enough about the restaurant to show up more than once a month let alone everyday. If passion was the only thing you needed to keep a restaurant going this place would be the bussiest in town, but I do know passion can save a restaurant I watched it happen before so I fully believe he can change this restaurant around and I am going to come back to see how it changes next time I'm in town.

Them- a lot of time they did not put extra I asked when order door dash. Here and there I will get so much of extra I asked for. Some of the time I do not… it will be nice if they just read the memo or message before I pick it up. The atmosphere is okay- just need to upgrade a little more… also hire more staffs around midnight will be A big plus!!!!

i came in on a thursday , the 31st of july . Best costumer service i’ve ever received felt like i could talk to the worker for hours and not feel judged , food was a 10/10 . i definitely recommend and will be coming again !!
