The staff at this location is extremely nice and very alert. There has not been a single time I've gone in and not been helped right away like some other burger places we can all name. This is a pricer burger place but it's worth it. I've only tried the cheese burger and fries so far but it was enough to make me want to go back and try more.
First thing first, the food I got was freezing cold, fries were uncooked and disgusting. The workers let my food sit there for almost 20 minutes while they were messing around in the back. The service tonight was terrible, the girl who took my order had a nasty attitude, her name is Avelyna, according to my receipt. I was trying to flag her down to ask about adding another drink to my order and after waiting 20 minutes for her to come up to the window, she roller her eyes at me as if I had done something to annoy her more than once. When I received my drink it was barely full and was mostly foam, and it was completely flat. I've came here many times and have never received this kind of service, it was horrible.

It's goooooood!! If you have never tried Freddy's you need to. Their burgers are still made with fresher and less "processed" ingredients. It's burgers the way you remember them. Their ice cream is real custard style which means it is creamy and not full of ice.
