I got a to-go order with a couple of items and my steak tacos were quite chewy and not enjoyable to eat and so I went ahead and called a couple minutes before close and the general manager, John I believe, was immediately ready to help my needs. He had no issue giving me a refund and explaining that our concerns as customers truly do matter.
