I was craving some good asian food and saw Hiroshi was right down the street from me. I cant say all bad about this place as my order was hot and ready. The chicken was very good, but the steak was terrible. super chewy and cheap cut of meat. i would honestly pay 5 dollars or more if you guys used better beef. Egg roll was good, sauce was good and so was the rice. Just please, please work on your beef. It would be amazing if you did. I'd recommend using flank or hanger steak and youd gave a real banger. just my 2 cents

Yakitori chicken was burned to a crisp. Rice was good. Won't be back.

This was the worst chicken teriyaki I have ever had!! Overcooked. Soggy veggies. And the rice tasted 3days old and hard in spots. Gross.Go anywhere but here.

This place used to be really good. But the quality of the food seems less than before and the prices have gone up - a lot! They provide a lot of rice and skimp on the meat and vegetables. The sauce... it's missing something.

Chicken was very cold. Asked to have it warmed up and the guy acted like he didn't know what I was saying. I had to tell him to microwave it. My daughter even told the manager and all he said thanks for the concern. No offering new food or refund. The egg rolls were even soggy inside. Just cook the food properly and have a better attitude.

Everything was over cooked. Rice was mush veggies were sloppy. Beef was tough and chicken consisted of dry charred over cooked tiny pieces. The pork egg roll was the only thing remotely good and it was still over cooked. And WAY OVERPRICED!!! 22$ for the amount of food and the poor preparation.Won’t be back.Vegetarian options: So over cooked. Nothing prepared fresh.

Way over cooked and way overpriced! Rice and veggies were mushy and the steak and chicken were dry and tough. The pork egg roll was the only thing remotely good and even it was way over cooked.

Nice location, friendly staff and large portions with the regular size order - the problem is the processed cheicken and beef. So over cooked it was not edible. I recognize everyone is looking to take cost out in order to stay competitive- but processed meat is not the answer. I had the comb beef/chicken...the beef was in little squares that really had no flavor other the. The sauce. The chicken looked like it came out of a mold ...rounded cylinders. Great concept, poor execution

The food is so so great. Great portions. Very good. People waiting on me were great and friendly..

Food was bland AF. The sauces were fine, nothing impressive. I got the tofu dish, partner got beef, both of us ate a small amount and brought the rest home to flavor. It's literally unseasoned veggie mix, like the kind you get frozen at the bulk store, unseasoned rice, and tubs of sauce. The cheesecake egg roll was unusual, to say the least, but pretty good.
