Was here for Western State Youth Orchestra. The kids were going there as part of the event and so we tagged along. It is an all you can eat buffet. They have a good selection of different kinds of foods (pasta, pizza, Asian, Mexican, american). They are all really good.

The food was amazing. The flavors were perfectly balanced and each dish was beautifully presented. I couldn't help but savor every bite. The chef's attention to detail and creativity really shone through in every dish. I can't wait to come back and try more of their incredible menu.

The hours at this place are mostly counter intuitive to class schedules. They are always late by a few minutes to let people in, and when you are let in it's as though they didn't realize they were open, because a lot of things aren't ready yet. The pizza seems to always be under cooked, this does somewhat exclude the all cheese pizza. The lack of back packs is a bit much especially if you want to grab some food and study in between classes. If it's such a big deal they should look into allowing clear bags for those who want to study. Makes your dining pass only useful at night.

Holmes is a really chill place to grab lunch or dinner on a tight schedule. Friendly people and good food.

So far this semester has been disappointing to say the least…Taco meat at lunch and dinner for 10 of the past 14 days. Dry and overcooked meat. Only 1, and sometimes 0 options for gluten free. Only 2 of the 10 drink options actually have syrup, and the rest are just carbonated water. Ice cream machine has been broken every day except for 2. The “fresh” fruit is frozen 90% of the time.This is bad, and it’s continuing to go downhill.

Okay this place is okay. Glorified cafeteria food to the max and sometimes it's a hit or miss. Sometimes all they have are two choices and the next day they have 20 and it's hard to choose! They're smoothies in the morning are fire and I take advantage of the gourmet to go because it is basic food. Oh yeah again hit or miss with shipments but sometimes the soda machines are NOT it they run out of syrup, or mix and all the machines dispense is water that faintly tastes like lemonade or Pepsi. Also please fit the hot chocolate machine... Thanks
