My sister and I had the privilege of eating breakfast and I have to say it was incredible, the eggs were made exactly how I like them, o Erhard, the hash browns with onions and cheddar cheese were perfect and the pancakes melted in my mouth, every bite made my mouth happy...

Today we sat for over 20 minutes without any server or employee approaching to take our order or ask what we wanted to drink. However, they approached other tables that arrived much later than us to take their orders. We simply got up and left. What an unpleasant experience!

Placed an order to be delivered directly from the Ihop website. After waiting over and hour for it to be delivered and trying to figure out where it was, the restaurant said two different people had come to pick it up and they don't deliver, it's not their issue since it's doordash. You're saying an order placed directly on Ihop's website with the order delivery service you're partnered with isn't your problem and therefore you have no idea where the order went? Extremely crappy customer service.

To keep it short, the food was good, the service from our waitress was terrible. She dropped off our coffees but failed to bring us cream which we got 15 minutes later after flagging her down. Getting refills was hard fought, too. When it came time to get our checks, she never asked if it was all together or separate. When we requested to have the check split, we had to wait another 20 minutes. Other tables around us were seated after we got there and left before us. I believe we may have had a better experience if seated in a different section.

I went today to get the seven dollar meals they have and I usually upgrade from a regular pancake to a blueberry one and I don’t like eggs so I usually get hash browns instead of eggs but they couldn’t do it but if I go any other time or to a different ihop they can do it so I don’t understand what the difference is??? Then the person behind me got the same thing as me and they didn’t tell the person behind me that couldn’t upgrade from eggs to hash browns
