Best burgers in the world and the staff is so nice every time. I ordered 18 burgers to bring to friends and this staff, especially the sweet short-haired blonde young lady at the register, we're really nice and gracious about it. That's a big order and they didn't even lose their stride. Thanks Jack staff!!

I went thru the drive-thru at 1230am on 02/04/2026. The service was amazing! I waited a few mins, but that didn’t bother me. The lady that took my order and payment was named Juanita( I probably spelled it wrong lol but she was amazing and kept apologizing for things and just made the experience very good! You do get fast food workers like that especially late at night

I think that he should be voted employee of the year for how professional he acted and how enthusiastic he was to get us. Our food atmosphere was perfect. Service was great. The nice lady behind the counter replaced my son's burger for free after he accidentally dropped it. It meant a lot because he was having a really rough day. We are new here but in my experience we dont get something like that where I am from

We got our food stolen by an uber eats driver and the Jack in the Box workers made us more, wrote an apology, and gave us a bunch of bonus treats. That was VERY thoughtful and kind after a stressful night and it really made our day! F uber!
