Got snack tacos and regular tacos. Thay were terrible. Snack tacos had some kind of paste for the filling and it was virtually nonexistent. Spit them out and fed rest to dog since seemed like dog food Tacos were even worse. A lot of lettuce, no cheese and filled with the same pasty filling. How can you serve such crap? Never again!

Food: The food is delicious. The only time I had a problem with it was when the employees forgot to make something plain so I could not eat it. It is a bit pricy but their burgers are like real burgers. They taste real unlike other fast food restaurants when you can tell they are from fast food places. The bacon is always perfectly done and honestly their food does look like the photos.
Service: Now this is where the stars are taken away. Lets be frank, the service here sucks. I have always done the drive-thru just out of convivence but there is nothing convenient about this. The employees are soooooooooo slow. I would understand if there was only 2 or three workers but they had like 7 and there was 2 cars in the drive thru. It is just very strange how slow they are. We had to wait for 40 minutes once from start to finish and there was only us and one other car in the drive-thru.
Parking Lot - Drive-thru: Heads up that whole situation sucks. The drive thru is very short inside so like 4 cars and all of a sudden the parking lot is chaos cause there just isn't room for that many cars.

Big fan of the cheap tacos from Jack in the Box. One of those things I like that I know are kind of gross (what is that meat?), but still taste good to me and I grab more often than I should. I got my tacos immediately when pulling up, which made me wonder how fresh they were. They might have been from last night, since that's how cold they were. The worker didn't speak to me, just handed me a bag and that was it. I'm just mad I didn't go in and ask for hot ones. This happens more often than it should. Such a difference with these when they're cold.

The night manager is super rude and needs to be taught how to treat customers. The restaurant was dirty, as usual. The bathroom was so bad we had to leave and go to another location to let my 6 year old go to the bathroom. I spent over 70.00 and received 1 sauce per person. I wouldn't recommend this location. As this isn't the first bad experience.

Consistently slow service from the times I’ve been here on-and-off for years. If you’re looking for “fast” food and service, definitely better off going elsewhere. But if you can afford to patiently wait 30 minutes while you’re ignored and until your order is ready, this may be a good stop.

I stopped in after a really long day and just wanted to sit down and enjoy a hot burger. I'm not sure I've been to Jack in the Box before and definitely won't come back to this one. Filthy floor by the drink dispenser, a broken table top. Items by the drinks hadn't been restocked (no ketchup, three straws in the bin, a few lids). The fries were really tasty but my burger was still cold inside. I'm the only patron inside and stood at the counter for quite awhile to ask for ketchup. Four employees were doing various things in the back, pretending I wasn't there ? . The employees are walking order after order out the door to people waiting in their cars (door dash, I suppose). Weird.

I rarely go to Jack in the Box due to them being so few and far between in Colorado, but today was a stark reminder of why I don’t go out of my way for it. I ordered the sourdough jack combo (13 bucks). Burger was cold, dry, and flatter than a pancake. That’s what a 13 dollar combo is now? At least the onion rings were good. Anyways, thanks but no thanks. I’ll be spending my money elsewhere, In N Out for example, where I can get a double double combo hot and fresh for 12 bucks, and NOT feel like garbage after eating it.
