These folks need to CLEAN the RESTROOMS‼️Last Time I Eat at this GREELEY Location!! A Restroom tells you ALL You need to know about its staff and you are saying WE DO NOT CARE‼️Not for Me.

Not too bad. As someone who has lived in NJ and had NJ subs, it's not really New Jersey food, but it's ok. Staff is friendly. They've closed the drive thru, guy said too many complaints about the time waiting for food. So if you don't order online you have to go in. The restaurant wasn't super clean, but the staff was really friendly and they had my sandwiches done in about 10 minutes. 20 bucks for 2 regular sandwiches without chips and drinks isn't too bad

Love the #9.

Holy cow! They were SLAMMED with pick up orders at 5:40 Sunday afternoon, and the team was working so hard. They were hustling, marking off receipts and just working their butts off to get those orders done. They were amazingly kind and helpful despite being so swamped with on line and in person orders. The team was great, the food was somehow even better. Definitely will be coming back again! :)

I order there for dinner tonight I said no mayo on my sister's sandwich. She is allergic. She is dealing with the aftermath.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, one without lettuce. Simple request. Shocker it was messed up and came with lettuce. We returned an hour to get it corrected, but because they didn't give us a receipt they couldn't remake it. They didn't look up the receipt and charged us for a remake that THEY messed up on to begin with. Absolutely ridiculous. We told them to throw away the wrong sandwich. I'm disgusted they lack this much customer service. We had the original bag, wrapping and sandwich completelu untouched. Waste of time and money!

I love Jersey Mikes but this location has really gone down hill. Dirty. Not cleaning the meat cutter, counters. My sandwich was placed on a dirty counter without a paper and the workers seemed put out to have to leave the back room to make a sandwich. I do not recommend until Management corrects the problems and cleanliness.

The crew today was awesome! We drive 30 minutes to get these sandwiches. We want it to be worth it and it always is! Best subs around!

Ordered food on the app. Ordered a Turkey Provolone Bowl Mike's Way. What was recieved was a bed of lettuce with slabs of meat and cheese thrown on top with nothing else listed from the description. They usually rolled the meat and cheese up and slice it into rolls along with other ingredients listed on the menu. An order from the app should be easier to follow then a verbal order, just read the list of ingredients and add them. After speaking to the manager on the phone, we realized they didn't put our chips in the bag either. Makes me nervous if someone can't follow a simple printed order, are they following food safety guidelines such as hand washing and glove changing. Yikes! Never tip before you ensure your order is correct and tastes good. I unfortunately fell for the trap this time.

Several weeks ago I ordered a Turkey Provolone online midday which is advertised with tomato it came with no tomato. I figured I had made a mistake. I again ordered online today, midday and made sure everything was correct before paying. The Turkey Provolone sandwich had no tomato.

First time at a Jersey Mike’s. I recommend that management, if they aren’t already, start secret shopping their stores to get a handle on the customer experience.

I actually enjoyed the sandwich more than “other” sandwich shops, and if I had ordered the sandwich online I may have given 5 stars, but the staff here needs a crash course on creating a positive customer experience.

I’ll probably visit again some day because it turns out that Jersey Mike’s has great sandwiches. I just need to figure out how to avoid ordering inside the store…

3:30 in the afternoon. Pulled up walked in and right away they took my order. My sandwich was done in like a minute. The servers were really friendly and my food was delicious. 10/10 recommended

Specifically the guy with the upper left ear piercing bar, should not be in customer service. Horrible attitude and personality. Not kid friendly, even though he told me he had a 4 year old. Also, extremely obserdly overpriced for a piece of bread and sprinkles of toppings.
