Paid for bacon to be added to my sandwich. Got home and no bacon. This happens all the time at this store. Get it together. You have no problem charging for it, the least you could do is make sure it's on the sandwich.

Sent homie to pick up sandwhiches, said girl working never cleaned the blade once between about 30 sandwhiches he watched her make. Didnt have an option to get nore food and took a risk. Sick for over 3 weeks. Today is the first day i didn't throw up. Very very upset.

Usually a huge fan of JJ speed and consistency. But today I was disgusted when what appeared to be a non employee (Friend or sibling of an employee) walked behind the counter. They did not wash their hands, had hair down and dragging on the counter, touched face with hands and sleeves and then was allowed to wrap up cheese that was being prepared for the next shift/day. I did express my concern before I left.

I had a problem with my delivery order today, the sandwich was not "customized" as I requested. I called the store, they immediately made it right and redelivered the sandwich and this time it was perfect! Thank you, Arianna!

Ordered delivery, live 1 block from store, tipped 5.00, asked for mayo packets on the side...delivery took 40 minutes, called to let them know they did not put mayo packets...not even an apology...just a statement that I wasn't charged for them and they are busy....30.00 for 2 sandwiches...what a joke the staff are...poorest customer service ever

Ordered some Jimmy Johns, Order confirmed at 6:17. 7:02 comes around weird no notifications/updates, After almost an hour I decide to check outside. And there my order was but guess what No notification it was delivered. NO KNOCK, NO DOORBELL. At 7:05 I get a notification that it was barely out for delivery. THE CONCERN IS!!! HOW LONG WAS MY ORDER SITTING OUTSIDE. DRINK ALL ICE WAS MELTED AND A POOL OF LIQUID WAS ON THE GROUND, MY COLD SUB WAS WARM, AND THI PICKLES SAT LONG ENOUGH TO BE WARM AND SOGGY THE BAG... THE WORST PART OF THIS IS WHEN I CALLED WITH MY CONCERN THE RESPONSE THE TEAM MEMBER GAVE ME WAS "That not our problem our system is a little delayed, I said ok but my concern is... she cut me off and said our driver left at this time ok so you're telling me its had been outside that long! She says not if they don't have other stops with attitude. I said well is there anything I can do, she did said nope, I responded OK, she says ok and just hangs up. THE OTHER PROBLEM WITH THE WHOLE SCENARIO IS IF I NEVER CHECKED OUTSIDE AND WAITED FOR THE NOTIFICATION I COULDVE BEEN WAITING FOR HOURS POTENTIALLY CONSUMING SOMETHING DANGEROUS DEPENDING HOW LONG IT SITS AT A CERTAIN TEMPERATURE. I wouldve gladly drove there for a replacement.

Did online order, the shop didn’t get the changes to sandwiches, so four out of five sandwiches were wrong. Store GM Sean didn’t do anything to make this up to me. No store credit nothing remade, and no money back. Also only talked with some one who said they were a shift manager the GM never called me back. The gal said he was delivering food and would be back but won’t be available to talk till Monday. Spent $70 after tip tax and food.
