Pulled up to the drive thru and this guy had the most despicable attitude I’ve ever experienced there’s no room to talk to the speaker and he got extremely impatient and hurried me through order repeating “is that all” very rudely through my whole order. I did not come to Jimmy John’s to be disrespected I came to eat a delicious sandwich and instead my day was ruined. Also extremely slow for a drive-thru waited in line for 10+ minutes. On top of that they forgot the lettuce on my sandwich tell me how do you forget lettuce on a sandwich it’s always on sandwiches. At this point you got more luck pulling up to the local subway and making your food yourself.

Hair was in sandwhich called to let them know. Offered to make another sandwhich however is out of the way and no other solution was offered. DO BETTER food needs to be prepared with better precations. Hair nets??? Will not go back to that location!!

Today I went to jimmy John’s on 10th to get my lil John veggie sandwich and holy cow! My compliments to the chef!! This sandwich was scrum-dilly-icous!! I got mine with kickin ranch and holy guacamole it was good! I will definitely be back and order even more!!

Four employees.. Talking among themselves, no one says hello, welcome in or anything. Flies buzzing around. I get my sandwichaand they ask, do you need a receipt? I say no, they give me my sandwich and turn around. No thank yous, come again.. nothing. Service: Less than zero

Don’t go here, horrible customer service. Parking lot full, I apparently parked in a delivery driver spot which I was asked not to, only after I ordered, paid, AND TIPPED! The person at the counter which I assume was the manager because he acted as though he had authority set the tone for the entire bad experience!

Came to this location twice now, including just now… and it’s closed up. It’s dark inside, All dining light off, drive thru lights off as well. Google says they close at 10 pm and is 8:30.
The only fast food place that actually gives you napkins! Also, the pesto pasta salad was actually really good for a side.

Ordered a slim 5 and upon opening the paper I discovered a chunk of tuna salad mix plastered on the underside of the bread. They also gave us a side of kickin’ ranch that was labeled to be used 2 days ago. We had to toss half the sandwich and the ranch because of these easily avoidable errors. Do not recommend this location unless you’re okay with cross contamination and expired food.

My husband and my sandwich was the size in width of 2 fingers…I’m not sure what is going on with this place, but what we received was honestly so small…I’m still shocked…

This is the best sandwich place in the area. It used to be my favorite restaurant, and the only reason it’s not anymore is because I ate it almost every day from how much I loved it. Better than Subway. Great ham and amazing bread. Love the provolone. I remember one time in middle school I made an art project sculpture of Jimmy John’s because of how much I loved the restaurant. I HIGHLY recommend.
