I eat Jimmy John's alot and love it but today I am very disappointed! I ordered the roast beef sandwich and pretty much got all bread! It's had 2 thin strips of beef, a little lettuce, and it looks like they cut the bread out! Please ensure thet your staff is not being cheap!

JJ’s is a great place for lunch. I order on my phone and pick it up. Fast, easy and consistent. They are also great for meetings.

This company seriously needs to take in consideration of cutting off there ties with DoorDash because they seem to have an issue with DoorDash delivery drivers parking in their delivery parking spots there overall employees are very disrespectful and inconsiderate of the work and money that DoorDash and there drivers do for this company!!!!

Just want to give a shout out to the employee who gave us a free pumpkin white chocolate cookie in the parking lot Wednesday morning Aug 28. Saw we were traveling and seized the opportunity to promote some customer service and goodwill for the company.

I stopped at this location on my way home Sunday evening. What caught my attention was that it was a drive-thru location. I really didn't feel like getting down as it was a long day, and I live in Loveland, so I was taking dinner home for me and my family. I was hesitant because I feel drive-thrus nowadays just are not what they use to be service wise. Unfortunately, that was the case. I asked specifically for lettuce on a sandwich, which states (no lettuce or tomato), and I asked for cheese on the Turkey Tom, which doesn't come with cheese as I asked. Neither request was fulfilled. I had to cut my own lettuce and use cheese from home. It was disappointing. I'd say this was about 45 minutes before closing.

Not only their food is good. But they're customer service is wonderful. I ordered today over the phone and They accidentally gave me the wrong sandwiches that I ordered. It comes to over sixty dollars. I live in ault. I spoke with him on the phone to figure out what they could do. And they brought my money all the way here. And reimbursed me for the whole amount. I thought that was so awesome. God bless them at Jimmy Johns. They are on 10th street in greeley. Thank you again

I received a coupon for a $4.99 regular sized sandwich and went to the store located on 10th street to redeem the coupon. When I was ordering I informed the person at the window that I was wanting to redeem the offer, he told me nothing about it being excluded to certain items. When I went to pay I noticed the sandwich was regular priced and I asked the cashier if he had applied the discount and he said yes. When I looked at the receipt I noticed he did not apply the discount so I went back into the store to ask them about which was when they informed me it was excluded on certain items. I’m upset because if I would’ve known that from when I was ordering I would’ve ordered something different that could have used the discount. I feel I was mis informed and wished they would’ve asked to make it right instead of excusing the situation.

You guys need to refund my order immediately. You say my order was delivered at 11:10 but I called you at 11:17 asking where it was and you said you were slammed and there were 3 or 4 orders ahead of me. So I waited, while I was working, for my food to come. And it never did. So I called back at 1 and you say it was delivered before I called the first time and there’s nothing you can do. You need to contact me or refund me.
