My wife ordered a cake and cookies for our son’s 3 year old birthday party. When it came to day of and my wife texted her asking when would be a good time for pick up, only then for the message to be read 3 minutes later with no response. With multiple other attempts of contact and no luck reaching her, she blocked my wife. Seems like she forgot to make the cake and cookies… instead of having communication saying she forgot she blocked my wife and ignored communication. Mistakes happen and communication in this situation can go a long way.

Ordered a ninja turtle birthday cake for my son’s birthday. A couple days before the date I needed the cake by she texted me saying I needed to confirm that I needed it or she would assume I didn’t needed the cake anymore, she came off quite rude but I still picked up the cake. I ended up paying $75 for it and it was honestly very sloppy, and seemingly rushed. I sent an inspiration picture from his last birthday which was basically the same cake I wanted her to make (i had paid $50 for the previous cake and much higher quality). For one I wanted the happy birthday to be written in orange frosting in cursive and she wrote it with a sharpie on the cake board in plain print, you could also tell she misspelled his name and continued writing, I was very disappointed by this. She also left orange in the white of the eyes and instead of doing the eyes oval like my picture she made them circle. Not sure if she had ran out of orange frosting but the mask didn’t even go all the way across the cake like my picture either. As for the taste, it was decent but very very dry. I’ve gotten higher quality cakes from Walmart and not even the children wanted more. I will attach pictures of my inspiration picture (the blue mask) and what I received (the orange one) I would NOT recommend especially for the price and quality.
