Easily one of the most disgusting evenings from service to food. Was greeted with one word, "Reservations?". Response "No ma'am". Response, "High top?...again "High top?". It was NOT busy and fun to see the cook smoking out back when we pulled up.
Sunflower potato was just a grease covered potato smothered in half melted cheese. Bread was stale and dry. Ribeye was so thick and tasted like it was off the line from yesterday. Service took a good 15 minutes for anything.
Our server was beyond kind, but was the only one with any social awareness.
This is not where you want to spend your evening or money.

The food was terrible! Ordered a fillet mignon and ordered it medium, I was given a well done steak, when I brought it to their attention the manager came over and agreed it was over cooked and offered to have another one made. I waited 20 minutes for my new steak and when it came out to my table it looked like it had been thrown in the parking lot and ran over by a car ( I wish I had taken a picture but I was too mad) It had black char all over it, it was smashed flat and when I cut it open it was steaming with dryness, it appeared to have been purposely made that way cause we asked for a new one. I was appalled. I gave the plate to the manager and she looked at it in disbelief and took it over to the kitchen to the cook. I wasn’t going to wait for another steak, it was lunch time and they hardly had any other patrons in the restaurant, so we stand up to leave and stood there for a few minutes to see if they were going to make things right. Instead they said nothing (manager & owner) and just watched us leave. They charged my husband the full $30 for the 7 ounce fillet mignon meal and I walked out without ever eating a steak. They lost my business! And we were regulars here, often coming to lunch together as a lunch date, or bringing large parties for celebrations and spending a lot of money. The waiter we had however did a very good job! So they get 2 stars for service!

First time coming to Kenny’s & we won’t ever be going back. Took 45 minutes for the staff to figure out we had not received our food, when the restaurant was half empty at 7pm. We were 1 of 3 tables that our ticket wasn’t seen because the ticket machine wasn’t working & after 45 minutes of us waiting & the staff not realizing it, the ticket machine is the least of their problems. Super disappointed.

Wings cold with tough skin couldn't even eat chicken Alfredo with no tomato told them to please remake it they just picked through it and tried to bring it back to me told them to take it off the ticket server couldn't get any special requests right or marked down even will not return personally everyone else says their food was good

When we arrived, we were greeted immediately. We had a reservation. Our party of 6 was seated within a few minutes. We definitely ordered the appetizer. Main meal I had salmon and green salad. Our waitress was excellent. She suggested a drink for me, which was delicious! Great experience...would recommend this place to anyone.
Parking: Plenty of parking was available.

The food was terrible. We took one bite out of the steaks and they tasted as if they were weeks old. The manager gave us a bad attitude when we requested a refund on the steaks. I would rate zero stars if possible.
In a shopping center, minus 1 star. Super salty food. Super GREAT service. Very, friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Give it a try, you might like salt more than me. The service alone is worth the visit

Service and drinks were amazing, offering a cozy experience. Food on the other hand was severely disappointing. Both the prime rib and sirloin were over cooked and not seasoned. I love supporting local restaurants, but until they figure out the kitchen, save your money and go to Texas road house.

Atmosphere is cozy and quiet! But the customer service and food not fit with the price... they even expected my mom to pay for a steak that she sent back and did not want a replacement after waiting over an hour to be served the first one... Then had the manager come explain why they believed the steak was just fine and why it should be left on her check... mind you it was later in the evening and she is disabled with PAH and gets tired so we needed to get home and not wait on another plate.... they then mocked her loudly after arguing to finally take it off. Completely unprofessional.. the manager had long blonde hair and tattoos all over her but didn't want to talk to her any longer to ask her name. Just disgusting service..

Was looking for somewhere that had variety with reasonable prices. Was pleasantly surprised when our order came out. Food was hot, portions were good and the taste was very good. Waitress came over several times to see how our meal was and if she could be of any service. We will definitely be going back!!!.
