We ordered Pasta Primavera and a cheeseburger with fries. The food was barely warm. After a long wait we were served cold food.

Best part: Salads and kids coloring menu. Worst part: Bland beef (whole reason we loaded up the kiddo for a nice dinner out) and lackluster service. Waited an hour for food, waitress was ok but we had to ask for status of our orders and requested after 50 minutes to see if they could get our 2 year olds food to which she replied we were next up, foods been ready and plated, waiting on the steaks... salad was the best part and they forgot part of our order yet charged us for it. Got that fixed before leaving. Roadhouse had a 2 hour wait but next time we won't cut corners on a $100 dinner.

I called to see how long the wait was. Since it was 4:30pm, the man that answered said there was no wait if we came right down. Strike 1: We showed up 5 minutes later, and was asked if I made a reservation. I told her no, that the man had said there was no wait if I came right down and that there were 3 in my party. She basically scolded me with her attitude and tone of voice when she told me, "We prefer reservations because we are busy Fridays and Saturdays..." I blew this off because this same person had been snotty in the past and I knew that she is just that way and seems to think she is better than everyone else. We were sat at a table and our waitress came and we ordered drinks (sodas). Strike 2: We waited about 10 minutes for our drinks to be delivered. She promised she would be back shortly to get our order. 20 minutes later, my husband stopped her on her way by and said, "Ma'am, we are ready to order." She huffed and looked like we were bothering her and said, "Well, ok. What would you like to eat?". We ordered. My husband ordered rare prime rib with the sunflower potato and soup, my mother in law ordered medium well house ribeye with baked potato and salad, and I ordered marinated steak tips, medium with baked potato and salad. Our salads and soup came out and the salads were decent, however, we were only allotted 1 tablespoon of salad dressing for the whole house salad. My husband didn't care for his soup, but that happens sometimes when you try new soup. Strike 3: Our entrees arrived about 10 minutes after we had finished our appetizers. During this time, I asked for a refill on my soda. She brought me another soda and I tasted it and asked, "Is this regular Pepsi because I ordered the diet Pepsi?" I'm diabetic so must be careful with what kind of soda I drink. She thought about it for about 15 seconds and said, "Yes, I'm pretty sure it is, but I can take it back and get you a fresh one if it doesn't taste right." She replaced the glass with diet Pepsi. Our entrees were ALL incorrect. 1. My husband's prime rib was medium, and didn't really taste very good. 2. My mother in-law's house ribeye was rare. 3. My marinated steak tips were medium well to well done. We did not complain because it would have taken another 1/2 hour for us to get the right food and I was irritated enough that I just wanted to go home. We asked for a box for the rare steak. My mother in law just couldn't bring herself to eat it. We brought it home and our dogs got to feast on ribeye. Stopping at Wendy's on the way home was discussed so that my mother in law could actually get some dinner, but in the end, we came home and made sandwiches. I am SO disappointed in the service and the food. We will not return. This is the 3rd time that we have been treated like paupers when we have gone into Kenny's and have had horrible service and bad food. I'm done.

Don’t take a large group! This restaurant was recommended to us by someone who lives in Greeley. I called two plus hours ahead (supposedly spoke with the manager) to ask if the restaurant could accommodate our group of approximately 20 in town for a tournament during an off time in the afternoon. I was told they could. I said that I would call back when I knew for sure how many people would be in the group and what time we could leave from the tournament. I was not told to call back by any certain time or that we would need to order from a select menu or anything. I called back 40 minutes ahead of the selected time for us to arrive to let them know we’d be leaving the tournament soon and gave them the exact number who had said they’d be going. I was supposedly talking to the manager again, and she told me that a large party was still there, that I hadn’t called back soon enough and made it sound like they couldn’t seat us even if we waited a while. She also said that the kitchen would rather a large group order from a select menu (not mentioned the first time I called) and acted like we shouldn’t come. I was trying to plan ahead by calling the first time and had already told the group we’d be able to go. I wasn’t rude either time I called; I said it didn’t matter if we had a large area to ourselves and that we could sit at multiple tables if needed. When we arrived, I mentioned that a few more had decided to come and could sit elsewhere if there wasn’t room where they originally set up for 14 like I had said. The gal (again, I guess the manager/hostess) made comments about multiple things, made us wait until the exact time originally given to me to be seated even though the area was ready, no one else was waiting to be seated, and the restaurant did not look busy at all. She was also rude and made comments because we looked at a few menus while waiting so we could be ready to order. She didn’t like that we had looked at them because she’d have to wipe them down and had menus at our seats. Okay, sorry—again, trying to plan ahead. Our server did a great job, considering there were 18 of us. The food was mostly good except for a few things that could have been warmer and chicken nuggets without much chicken in them. When we were waiting to pay, the manager/hostess came in and told us that they had another group who needed that area in a few minutes. Seriously? We were standing there ready to go, not even hanging around visiting because it had taken so long already—we were getting out of there as soon as we got our bills paid. Not like we could make the server go faster taking all our cards. We won’t be back next time we’re in town.

Everything is frozen not fresh. Get a steak and you can tell they defrosted it by boiling it and put grill marks on it. Than they don't season it. Same with all the sides!! Didn't even recognize my potato, as a potato, and still part cold!! I would rather eat at apple bees!!!!! And that's saying alot!!!

Old school. The food was delicious, I feel like they do classic American well. But the room was outdated and the way the food looked on the plate was so sad. No

The appetizer and salads were fine... entrees we found inedible. Overcooked and underseasoned! The baked potato was like mashed potatoes inside. Because we had salad and appetizer, we were not interested in waiting for a re-fire. The manager then offered us one free dessert, which we chose not to eat sweets. She said she called the owner and the best they could do is 1/2 of each entree. We paid full price for our drinks and appetizer so essentially we paid $13 for two bites of one meal and $15 dollars for two bites of the other. This used to be a good place but we will never return.

Really great atmosphereVegetarian options: You might want to skip going to a "steak house" if you are a vegetarian.Parking: Large parking lot. Kenny's shares the same shopping center as Safeway.Kid-friendliness: There is a kids menu that has smaller portionsWheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp
