I just went through the drive through windowpane ordered a 16 PC tenders. Got home opened the bucket and found 10 pcs of regular chicken, most of which were breast's. So called to talk to the manager, she said she was putting me on hold and hung upon me. What a terrible experience, poor staff and worse management. After going there for 25 years, I have decided to never buy from there again, and will let family friends know about the dismal service. 0 stars!

I went inside to get my food and I ordered it Togo. It took about 10 minutes to receive, and once I got it, it was on a tray for eating in. I asked politely if they could bag it up so I could get it TOGO like I asked for, I was stared at then ignored. Multiplied people looked at me than walked way! So I said it again a little loulder once someone walked back and they ignored me again! I was then annoyed so I said again can you bag my food!?! I than had the lady walk over and grab the tray angryly and bagged it very very slowly. She thanked me dropped the bag on the counter very intensely without saying a single word. I thanked her said “it would be nice if you could respond to me” I was then called a “gringo” and that is a slur against white people. And completely unacceptable!

This location can never get an order correct to save their life half of the time and then the other half of the time they like to close early and claim it’s due to lack of product running out of chicken, etc. now I get it stuff happens but if it’s this frequently whoever’s in charge of this location should absolutely be demoted Because quite frankly, I think everybody at this location just lies so that they can get out of their shift early

Look never leave a bad post but I ordered my food for 3pm to be delivered to my apartment cause I had a meeting until then but he delivered it at 2 28pm and left my food outside and someone stoled my food and I didn't get my 36 dollars worth of food will never use the App and DoorDash again just give me my money back or my food sad he follows direction and bring my food at 3pm
Food was OK. However, I needed to use the bathroom and there is a sign on the door of the bathroom that says it is for paying customers only and they would unlock it for you. So there is about 6 people in line when I ask for a key. She tells me she will unlock it for me when she's done talking orders. I told her I didn't want to wait 10 minutes to go to the bathroom. She informed me it wouldn't be 10 minutes. The line for food indicated otherwise. I ate. I needed to poop. Unless you want it on the floor when my lack of gall bladder rears it's ugly head, figure out a better way to keep non-paying customers out so as not to punish paying customers.

It doesn't matter what app you use, KFC only offers sugar filled drinks with their app and there is no way to order plain sugar free Ice tea. No wonder so many people have diabetes. Shame on you KFC! I asked about it once they said to call, yet no one ever answers the phone and when they do, you still get soda.

The one that we went to in Colorado was clean open right through the drive-thru they corrected us my are done by a telegram mail . They later recorded it. My two dollars more , how's the too U wason transport my passenger enjoyed the price also the box chicken. It made our day.
Parking: Did you have catering how's the parking options fort catering delivery as well on outside drive through why you and close inside your vehicle.

It was a late and busy night for the staff at this KFC. But the staff went out of their way to fulfill our order when we were told that they only had one and they will make the other two orders if we didn't mind the wait. The staff brought our order to the parking lot. They were awesome!! Thank you.
