Voy a decir que la carnes asada de este lugar es lo mejor en todo Colorado. Soy de Denver y vine a visitar a mi hijo y nos llevaron comida de aquí. Y voy a seguir viniendo a este local a probar la barbacoa y las tripitas.

Smallest. Tacos. Ever. Had the taco plate, and there was enough that I didn't walk away starving, but it wasn't a big meal by any measure. It was tasty though.

I spent my high school years in New Mexico, enjoying what I consider to be the state with the best breakfast burritos in the country. I like to think I know a good burrito. La Fiesta and La Fiesta Express may be the best breakfast burritos I've had in Colorado. Get the Super Burrito and enjoy the perfectly cooked potatos, the great bacon, fresh eggs, and green chile with just the right amount of heat. I CRAVE these things. You won't be disappointed!

We have ordered here lots of times before. We've ordered menudo which is great. It comes with bread and spices, onion and lime. We figured since menudo is great that other foods here would also be good. Oredered #3, it had a taco, gordita and a cheese enchilada. Ordinary was plain no taste,the enchilada was thin smothered in red sauce and some cheese. The taco meat seemed like it was re-warmed . #5 had beef in the "smothered" burrito and no bean, taco and enchilada was the same as #3, and they sent a side of chili in a small salsa container as the green chili. Whoever makes the menudo does a phenomenal job but as far as the other food, I can't say enough on how bad it was. It's not just the taste but the quality and quantity that was handed out. We don't mind paying top dollar for great food but we won't tolerate eating bad food, especially in Greeley which has great Mexican restraunts.

Never opens on time. Or opens just whenever. Need to figure out what time y’all want to open, many times DoorDash orders are canceled because they are not open and the dashers can’t pick up the food.

I went to Cennex and got a pork breakfast burruto and it was so good. I went the next day and they didn't have any so called La Fiesta Express to see where else they sold them. They told me they make them all day to order. I was so excited that I ordered 3 breakfast burritos. I got there to pick up and it is a tiny hole in the wall. No place to stand to place order or pick up if you don't want someone in your space. Service was friendly. I got home and was so excited only to find out it was runny and no flavor at all. For being half and half there was no spice to it. I was absolutely bummed. Wont be trying them again. Price in restaurant was higher than price at the gas station.

Got the caldo de res with a couple barbacoa tacos, and the tacos were small how I like them & traditional! The tortillas here seem homemade and really tasty, but the caldo the race plate was on the mid-size level and the corn seemed overcooked. The beef shank was delicious and there's salsas were pretty good although I had to ask for a chopped up pepper to add to my calendar erase dish
Parking: It's on a corner on 16th street, so you have to look out with a spot in front of the place or park on the side street.
