We had to wait an extensive amount of time, usually it's quick to get out food, the employees apparently made a sucky pizza, leading them to have to make another 3 they said it would take 10 minutes, it took almost half an hour, I am disappointed probably not coming back

They never have anything “Hot & Ready” and today at 10:20am the door was locked. Started leaving and the girl working was laughing as she came around the counter to unlock the door. (They open at 10:00am by the way.) Go across the street to domino’s. Don’t waste your time with this location.

$35 for 2 cold stale pizzas soda and bread sticks... Hot 'n' ready can now be changed to "Cold and please get rid of this"
Service is absolutely horrible. Food is decent and most of the time, if not all, it will be hot because you have to wait for it. I'm not sure if it's staffing or management. The lobby is small and cramped with no seating and no restrooms. There is no hot and ready everytime I'm there.

Staff doesn't seem to care about you at all really. Pizza quality have been going down hill for some time now consistently. Even tho I have voiced this to management. They seem more concerned with volume than quality. Bummer. It's a good deal and convenient.

We have ordered from here many times...each time in the last year the pizza is under cooked, the regular pepperoni has a weird taste, the Italian cheese bread is stale and the crazy bread is usually squished in the bag and also under cooked. The staff will let delivery people leave without the complete order and then will do nothing to make it right or correct your bill. We used to order from here every week, now when we do order we wonder why and all have stomach aches. I have deleted the app from my phone and have 0 intention of eating here again.
