Horrible food

For the price I was not impressed with the lukewarm food.

My fish was cold, flacid. No wonder they got my order so fast, it had been sitting there for a while.

Drive up was fine. Orders correct 99% of the times I've gone. Food is always good.

Just fast food....

This was the worst fast-food I had in the last 25 years. The fish coating was so hard, the fish was so dry it had no taste, the hushpuppies were hard had to cut them with a knife. The fries were warm at best and limp, they needed some ED meds. The coleslaw was okay. Plus we were charged for drinks we did not order and did not receive. The food was not fit for sale, how could the manager let quality get so bad. I will not eat at Long John Silver's again.

I ordered the family meal. I ordered it with 4 fish and 4 chicken and it came with hush puppies which was to dry to eat the chicken was dry and the fish was too.

Just moved and to my surprise found Long John's!! Went in and wasn't disappointed

The staff is good people. Everyone is human and are going through SOMETHING but I can tell that they do care about what they are doing. I really never had any issues with my food and only had a small issue with ONE employee for the entire year I had been coming here. If you want some good chicken, first of all grab the APP, then gone and get you some!

There was an employee that walked in on me twice while using the bathroom. First time it looked accidental, but he ended up doing it a minute or two after he walked in first time, and I warned him that there was somebody in and he opens the door anyways and all laughing. That is not okay to be the same person and walk in twice in bathroom while somebody is using it, and the employee was laughing about it. I’m never gonna come here again if staff cannot be professional, and give someone privacy to use bathroom and just barge into the restroom knowing someone is in. So dissatisfied
