In town and stuck in a hotel. After several calls to every competitor they were the only establishment that accepted cash for delivery. The woman that answered the phone was a super sweetheart. Pick up for Grubhub and waited 40 min getting passed by everyone that came in after us. When checking in on how much longer the lady told us it be another 20 min. Now wouldn't u have told us knowing we are delivering for a co. like grub hub that this customers order wouldn't be ready for an hour so I could notify them. And the lady didn't apologize or even check on whether the order was in the oven or anything. Terrible customer service.

We placed a huge order for a work meeting. It was all ready on time, and they gave us a bunch of extra stuff for free. Tons of dressings, 4 whole bottles of sauce for the wings, full size tongs for the salads. The place looked clean, and nice. She helped bring it all out to the car. And of course, everything tasted great.

Got a calzone and slices from Gerome and he and his crew made really yummy dough! Usually I don't eat a lot of crust or bread but man they did some magic with that dough! The lunch specials were worth it too! No soda fountain but that's all good. Good luck with your new location in Denver Gerome! Hopefully we can visit you for a pickup in October, thanks for the awesome service and that definitely makes me wanna go again!
I love Marcos pizza. But this time, I opted for their sub sandwiches. All of them that I tried had lots of cheese, were very bready, and hardly any meat in them! I shoulda just ordered garlic cheese bread threw on some pepperoni and called it a night! Marcos can do so much better!!

Since the heavy set manager isn't there anymore( WHEATER HE QUIT OR GOT FIRED) the last 3 orders have been pure crap. They are over cooked and taste like the cardboard pizza boxes. When I order 3x garlic suace, I expect my pizza to be soaked in garlic sauce and NOT BURNT ON THE BOTTOM. Our cinnamon squares are burt. Last 2 orders the pizza has been burnt on the bottom right in the middle of the pizza.. Like they need to find the old heavy set manager that always worked nights and bring him back to teach these guys how to make the food right again. We loved marcos now it's just crap. I'll be calling tomorrow morning for a refund and to talk to someone that can fix this ongoing problem.

Just want to say thanks to Marco's for helping us out after our grandkids were involved in a car accident and we needed some food and a place to stay warm for a bit. And the pizza was great!

Pizza was 30 min late from promised delivery time and room temperature upon opening. It wasn't even cut properly causing it to tear when trying to get a slice.
No better than crummy cafeteria pizza that's undercooked and super doughy. Toppings had no flavor and this is all for 2 pizza that were $70 after tip.
Stay away from this place and go to 7-11. You will get better pizza and save a lot of $$$.
