Went thru drive thru at the location at 2912 w 10th street after opening work and was exhausted just wanted to get a fast bite to eat tried tell the lady on speaker I wanted a large fry and a small coke she cut me off after the fries and said order. When I pulled up to pay she was extremely rude and was yelling at me saying she couldn’t get what I was saying. I don’t normally complain because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but Jesus McDonald’s do you guys just hire anybody? She absolutely should not be working the window better yet she should not be in customer service. I frequent McDonalds often but after today I might think differently about frequenting that location if she is still employed there. She is lucky I’m as exhausted as I am otherwise some not so nice would have been exchanged. No body should be that rude if they are in the service industry period

By far the worst service possible. Ordered pick up and decided not to check it because I wasn't eating until I got home that was a mistake. How do you forget the person's entire entree? Called the store for a refund of the entree and they couldn't do it how is that possible. Manager has zero clue what was going on. Not professional by any means!

Food is good and accurate here. This is the only McDonald's I will go to in Greeley. The staff is polite but the language barrier can be hard at times. Clean restaurant and bathrooms. There is a play place too for kids.

Terrible service. I placed a mobile order got there before breakfast was over but since I was in the drive though they made me sit there for like 20 minutes before they spoke to ask if I’d be using mobile ordering. So by the time the finally acknowledged me and I got to the window that said we’re sorry we aren’t doing breakfast anymore park up front and I’ll see what we can do. Like I have been here it’s not my fault you guys decided to not acknowledge me. There were only two cars in the drive through it’s not like they were slammed or anything. So I parked and nobody came out so I went if for all of them to just stare at me. And the they yelled at me again because they aren’t service breakfast anymore. I get that but I was here way before you guys are the ones who made me sit there and not acknowledged you had a customer in your drive thru. Never coming to this location again. Every time I come here there is always some kind of issue. So now we’re going to the 47th ave location. They are amazing. They take your order right away. Everyone there if friendly and customer friendly.

Ordered a 10 piece medium meal through door dash around 3am 01/23/25. Received in a SEALED bag….20 nuggets, NO fries and my medium drink. HOW? my order was very simple. Anyways….. we called to see about resolving the issue and there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY the girl who answered the phone should be employed at an establishment that pertains to customer and food service. Of course we didn’t get her name but she was probably THE RUDEST employee at anywhere I’ve ever been. By the way …she answered the phone like in the exact words ….”what” as the first words to answer the phone with. I’m actually shocked that McDonald’s doesn’t check their employees. Seems like she’s pretty used to treating paying customers this way. Disgusted. If I could give this rating 0 stars, that would fit better.

Drove back across town for a breakfast sandwich that was cold and upon returning it was not offered another to replace it and was not treated respectfully or considerately, after 3 trips across town in still hungry so never again! Good riddance yucky food from nasty teenagers with no sense of business operations.

WORST McDonald’s ever! This the closest location I have to my home, there are times I am satisfied but 9/10 times I am always disappointed! They never have my order right. I’m always polite and go back so that they can fix my order but they always have an attitude and still manage to not fix my order! “Anything else” how rude! Maybe a “what else can I help you with?” Or “will that complete your order?” Will suffice but it seems that the CEO doesn’t care for manners! I never leave reviews but this location has made me so mad that I just had to leave one. Do better!!
