Hands down the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When managers are yelling at me after they gave my order to someone else and making me wait in spot #2 for over 29 minutes something is seriously wrong. Being yelled at by a grown man with my son standing next to me was terrifying and when I asked him to not get hostile he seemed to escalate. Also if you want soda or ice cream they don't have it!
this McDonald's is the worst. they hardly ever get an order correct, they are rude, they talk over you. and if you tell them that's not what I ordered they just say well that's what you paid for 😠
