I used a kiosk to order my food and pay at the counter after 20 min of waiting to be helped and even asked by an employee if I been helped I gave up and left there was plenty of employees but no help even when I left they never noticed I guess I won't be spending money at this location ever again I bet Wendy's will take my money

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Every time I’ve tried to use my app at this location. The code apparently never works, and the manager is never willing to give me a discount That I redeemed on the app. This place is an absolute joke and has no customer service skills

I went through just before 1pm today and had hands-down the best fast-food experience I’ve ever had in the line. At the first window, Adrian, who took my payment was so kind and complimented me on my rings and then at the second window when I got my food I let that employee know (I’m sorry that I didn’t ask his name) that Adrian at the first window was so kind. He let me know that Adrian is actually the manager and is the kindest man ever and an amazing boss to work for. These two employees were the highlight of my day and completely turned my mood around! Adrian, you’re doing something right out there, keep it up! I will definitely be returning to this location to support these workers in the future.

The worst place ever! 8th Ave has the most ghetto service and never gets orders right, after a long long wait. The staff that works inside acts like they are at home hanging out, they leave the front unattended while hanging out in the back and no one has them working. It's the most unprofessional place, unfortunately it's the one with the play area or we'd not go there. Terrible that it's allowed to be so bad.

I asked for black coffee and 5 sugar and instead I got this and I called them to ask a manager because I'm lactose and tolerance but no sorry or anything they just told me to bring it back but I told them that there employees need to pay attention to what I say because I clearly say black coffee with 5 sugars smh

This place just keeps getting worse, it's amazing how they're still in business! This morning, they gave us raw breakfast food! Ham was raw. Hash browns tasted awful and soggy. Eggs were hard. Wanted a refund but they were rude about it and refused.
