This is absolutely the slowest and worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in a long time. Especially at night. You can wait at the intercom easily 5 minutes without any acknowledgment at all. Even if you say”Hello” there will be no response. And then multiple times that I’ve gone there, they’ll take the car in the other lane first even though I was there first. And when I asked them about it, they said “we don’t know who gets there first, besides they had a mobile order.” Like they knew that before they took the order. What a joke!!

okay I understand this is mcdonalds so I shouldn't expect high quality but when you order a quarter pounder WITH CHEESE you would assume there would be CHEESE, also the 20 minute wait for half my order to be cold is wild

I've been here several times and never had a problem. I call in today because my order was wrong and immediately get met with rudeness and accusations that I'm lying. I will never come back here because of how y'all treat your customers

I’d like to thank Anna the manager on duty at 12:55pm for helping me understand where the BAD POLICYS and SUBPAR SERVICES at this location come from . I’m not a fan of this Location but when I have to use it, it’s always the same. I ordered curbside they bring it out with bare minimum of condiments in the basket (unlike every other McDonald’s) So if you want Anything besides a straw napkin, you have to walk inside and today I asked a employee why and Anna rudely explained to me if you don’t know what you need before you get here that’s not are fault. I could tell the employees were very uncomfortable with her explanation as they are the ones to bare the burden of running back-and-forth because of her incompetence

Been here multiple times at night and no one seems to be wanting to work. Multiple times I’ve waited on drive thru with my mobile order, and they won’t talk to me over headset. I would drive up to window to give them my code, and they would still seem upset and park me for long times. Stuff are rude and McFlurry ice cream isn’t even blended correctly
Food usually good I asked for extra BBQ sauce on my Mcrib because the last few time there was only a smear of it on my Mcrib meat 😲 Really guys ... It was good cz I was starving but it was very very messy I'm glad I don't live far my bottom bun would of been disgustingly soggy

I wish I could share a picture my chicken nuggets are uncooked... I just got off work and wanted a snack there was no one at the restaurant yet I had to wait at the voice box for over 5 minutes even thought I already placed my order ahead of time to this is ridiculous

Waited 20 minutes for 3 drinks, 2 fries and a sandwich. Sprite had no syrup just carbonated water. Fries were old and absolutely terrible. Never coming back to this location ***Update*** They can't even get mobile orders correct. I decided to give them another try because I was starving and in a rush. My god. You work at McDonald's and you still can't even do your jobs right
