This McDonalds has more issues with equipment then anything other one I’ve been to. The oj machine, the ice cream, the frappe machine… bet the registers never break!

I believe they are stealing people's food. I ordered with my rewards app and they told me that the machine is broken after they used up 5500 points and called me by my rewards name. The manager in a pink vest suddenly found it in the system really fast. Check your bags and your points.

I will not be going back to this location. The last several times I have had issues. Last time I sat there for 55 minutes waiting on an iced coffee I said something to them three times and the third time they finally told me their machine was being cleaned when I said ok well I’m not waiting anymore and asked for a refund they refused to refund me today I went back because I was in a rush and had to get to work they charged me for the wrong order then instead of refunding me and charging me for the correct order they just gave me two of everything I got.. I’m one person it all went to waste including my money. I’m a single mom struggling and they took my money not once but twice and this last time was all the money I had for the rest of the week they were very rude and not at all understanding

It took my a few months to actually leave a review but today was just one of the most Petty things I've seen a MANAGER do. I go thru the drive thru and ask for the hot cakes and I found hair in my pancake that was blonde and I went inside cause they gave no butter or syrup even tho they charged me for 4 of each. And I received neither and went i walked inside to get some the manager was so unprofessional she was charging me for them again even tho I showed her my receipt and bag of food and that it had nun she then continued to ignore me even after I offered to pay for the syrup and butter for the second time. I then told them that I just feel like she was being rude and then she asked me to leave and embarrassed me in front of the whole store. I been coming to this McDonald's sense I was a baby and never once have i felt so uncomfortable and idiotic. It was beyond disrespectful and on that I noticed I was missing 3 mcgriddle from my order. I ordered 45 dollars worth of food. And it was just disappointing from the morning management all around

Everything was great the employees were awesome only downfall was some lady from Kansas who didn't understand I guess how the ordering process went and cut in front of everybody to complain that she had to wait in line

I was incredibly unsatisfied with the level of service at the west 10th street McDonalds in Greeley, co. during my last visit. First there was no one serving at the check stand. I tried to use a kiosk, which took my order fine but would not accept my credit card. So, I was directed to the checkout to pay for my meal. So I waited for 10 - 15 minutes for someone to come and serve the checkout stand. I asked why the kiosk did not accept my credit card. I was told the credit card reader did not work. I suggested there should be a sign up to let customers know. I was told that they were marked but customers take the signs down.
I understand sometimes this restaurant gets busy, but some effort at serving all customers adequately would be appreciated , not just the drive through and mobile orders. Customer service is your business, not just delivering food to those customers.
I would like to see attention given to genuine customer service in the future.

I was there and ordered at the drive thru. They had me pay, then park in space to wait. I waited over 10 minutes for my food, then decided to go inside. The little snob working the window said she came out and I wasn't parked there -- BLANTANT LIE. Iwas there the whole 10 minutes!! Then they had to remake my food - and the lady on the back saod she stuck extra in the bag - that was nice, but it wasn't ANYTHING that I ordered, and the amount of cheese on the bagel was disgusting. And to boot, there was no egg!! These people need retrained for customer service!! very rude. They also NEVER gave me a receipt yet asked me for it by 3 different people.

The coffee tasted old and wasn’t fresh at all. Even after paying extra for sugar, vanilla syrup, and caramel, they didn’t add any of it. Really disappointing experience definitely not worth the price.

Ordered online. Did curbside. Got there and my order was still being made. I got the food. Wrong drink, frozen food and cold fries. I tried to call the store and no answer. Tried to use the app to submit a complaint no answer. Total bull crappy cold frozen food for a premium price. I cant wait till wendys opens next door.
