Disappointed with how we were served tonight. The young lady possibly could have been having a bad day but that shouldn’t ever go to the customer. She was rude and had headphones in. Didn’t appear that she liked her job.

Haileey and Johanna are a true blessing for MOD Pizza. I enjoyed how Haileey took the time to make my Pizza right. And how she was so humble and told me that she might not have mixed my salad correctly. Well I think she did an amazing job. Then Johanna was amazing by remembering how I had ordered anchovies the last time I was in. She has a great personality and the best part is we almost share the same birthday. Happy Birthday in a few days!!! I'm just really pleased with the customer service I receive here Everytime I visit. Thank you so so much!!!! -From Kozi and her Dad.

I LOVE their No Name Cakes, Made on Demand Pizzas, and the Staff at MOD is What Brings us Back Time & Time Again‼️?After meeting Reece our Dining Experiences are a Treat and he Always Makes Sure we are taken Care of! My Wife & I Value that Greatly???Customer Service gets forgotten often these days, in Food Service especially. Keep it up!
Vegetarian options: Oven Roasted Garlic or Broccoli with lots of cheese and veggies options. Freshly cut
Dietary restrictions: Cauliflower Crust and Gluten and Dairy Free options as well.
Parking: Easy, Plenty
Kid-friendliness: Kids Love this Pizza, kids Drinks like Organic Milk & Apple Juice plus they can grab a few MOD Stickers and take ‘em home or peel n stick em somewhere in restaurant.

My daughter calls this place "Model Of Deliciousness". The food is fantastic and for families it's awesome to go into a fast food place and know exactly what you're going to spend on dinner and not have to guess or limit your children on the menu.

Employees could barely speak above a whisper, didn't know how to make the pizzas on the menu, everyone seemed spaced out. Got attitude when we asked for our drink cups. Lastly, found a hair on the no name cake and no one would acknowledge my partner standing at the counter. Won't be back. I can see why they are considering bankruptcy if all stores are like this one. Oh, and my partners plate had jagged, broken edges.
Went to Mod for dinner last night. Food was good, but service was not. They acted like we were an inconvenience. Not one smile, even for each other. Didn't say hi when we walked in, didn't say thanks for coming in when we left. It used to be a friendly place, and the food was good, and so we liked going in. I can spend my $40.00 somewhere else and get good pizza and more friendly service. When the employees act like they don't want to be there, it rubs off on your customers. It will probably be a while before we go back. I'll order pizza in next time. Delivery drivers are nicer than that.

We are older senior citizens and we really like the make your own pizza. Price is great for all the stuff you can put on it. One 11 inch is enough for us.

It's probably my favorite place to get a pizza. Add whatever toppings you want. Recently tried the Greek salad... love that, too! Friendly staff members and spacious dining area. You have to give it a try.
