That pizza was absolutely horrible, extra cheese everywhere falling out the box, slimy and all around trash, also adjust your pickup times so people are standing around! what are yall doing in there?

Food arrived 40 min late. Ordered extra crispy crust, pizza was cold & soggy, drink was warm, salad was yucky so it didn’t really matter that they packed the wrong dressing. Terrible customer service & phone etiquette, including manager JT. I do not recommend MOD Pizza.

First time visiting this mod. The interaction I had with the person making my pizza was very wholesome. I especially loved all of the drawings posted on the wall and I love how open this mod is. Customer service is excellent and my pizza was delicious 😋

I ordered a pizza via door dash and called to ask for extra toppings. They made me the best pizza ever created. Who ever answered the phone tonight deserves a raise.
