I have been very pleased with the food, the friendly service and the atmosphere. It is a hidden gem in the Greeley Mall. My husband and I eat there often.

This has been our favorite place to eat but the last 3 times have been really disappointing… we ordered tonight and chicken was so hard I couldn’t eat it. I wish I could take a video of how hard it is, I’m squishing it so hard in the picture it’s putting dents in my fingers. My husbands sauce for the salad was rotten and a weird texture that we never had before or but he instantly spit it out. This was our favorite place to eat :( I don’t think we will be back sadly ☹️

This place was awful. I ordered the shrimp tempura dinner and asked the waitress if it came with only shrimp or if veggie tempura was also included. She said it was only shrimp so I ordered a side of veggie tempura. When I got my dinner it was shrimp and veggie tempura. So I had a whole order of extra veggie tempura that was pointless. The tempura was not actually tempura but just fried shrimp. They didn’t even serves it with tempura sauce but served it with sweet and sour sauce. Being Japanese, it was almost offensive! Never in my life have I gotten sweet and sour sauce with my tempura. I also ordered a roll which was not very edible. Super market sushi is better. I’m unsure how this restaurant has such high ratings. Nothing about it is authentic.

I was worried I wouldn't be able to eat with my family here because I'm gluten intolerant and everything is cooked together on the same surface. I talked to them about it (mostly to see if there was a salad or something I could order instead) and they made amazing accommodations for me including cooking my food first with tamari and making sure the soup and salad I received wasn't made with gluten ingredients. They even told me if I was seriously allergic they could make everything in the back in a separate area so I didn't get ill. The staff were so amazing and I was able to have a lovely time with my family. I'd give them 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Amazing service yet again. Yogi our server was amazing per usual, our cook was super fun, and Kevin went above and beyond for my daughter, he did a magic show, and gave her a beautiful mermaid head balloon. This was my second time going to Mt. Fuji and I love it! They were amazing yet again! What a great experience! The food was amazing. Our server was the best. I think his name was Yogi, maybe? He has glasses, and he was amazing, super attentive. Our cook was the best! He kept us super entertained. There was a lady cleaning up after, and she was also super nice and attentive. Mt fuji has outdone itself. I loved our experience, highly recommended.
