Went in this afternoon waited over 30 minutes for one Mac and cheese!! Staff ignored and pretended not to see me when I came to the counter to ask how much longer, others who came before me experienced the same wait time they said if not longer.

The iced tea tastes like it has mold in it. They must never clean the machine or they just let old tea sit in it for days and days. It's completely disgusting and cannot be safe. It's rancid.

The kitchen staff is always joking around, not focusing on the orders they need to get done, the wait times are longer than they should be because of this issue, and they forget to put items in the bag. Waiting for 20-30 minutes for items to be missing is unacceptable. If the gal that wears the blue shirt is the manager, she is definitely not doing her job. Thumbs down to this location. I get it if it was very busy but when it’s dead, there is no reason for a wait.

Joseph and Alva were really nice to me they helped me pick out some good food and really helped me know if they were hiring and when Thank you Alva for taking my name and number and letting me know. great environment and friendly staff Joseph was also very knowledgeable about the menu and informative. 10/10 service food was delicious

I used to love the food here. The quality.has gone down hill. I used to love the Pesto Cavatapi and if you look at my photo there is no pesto sauce. The food is not cheap yet the quality sucks.
