This place is going downhill, their buttered noodles were all clumped together and was so undercooked. Felt like I was chewing on plastic. Their Mac n' cheese was tooooo thick and dry. Disappointing.

I order here often if I dont have time to order food at my own job. The BBQ mac and cheese is always amazing but what I really want to point out is the employee Brad. Brad is a true gem. He says hi to me every single time I come in, even when hes not working the cash register, and his kindness really makes my day. He truly loves his job and it shows. Ive interacted with him several times before but tonight I had to make sure I asked for his name to give him the recognition he deserves. Thank you for being so kind and wonderful Brad!!

I've gotten the Mac and Cheese and the Pad Thai....both were extremely dry, noodles were stuck together creating a pile of mush and the protein consisted of 4 small pieces.
This is an expensive place to eat, people work hard for the money to pay for a 2 star meal. What's wrong with this picture? Sadly its not just this location, its all noodles and company that serve meals like this....not ok!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, food on the other hand was very disappointing I use to love this place but now the food is just sad ,my noodles were undercooked and the chicken was just chicken nuggets cut up. Definitely not worth the 13 dollars.

I got the macaroni and cheese with meat. They tripled the green onions which I did not want only lightly green onion and I wanted extra fried onions, which I did not get plus the noodles turned out to go be really dried out.

NO ONE wears gloves. And when asked to they say it's a safety hazard. IT IS A HAZARD NOT TO!!! It's disgusting when the employees are touching their faces temp testing customers food and then without washing their hands. AT ALL they go and prepare new meals. The tables are sticky. The staff uneducated on proper food safety and rude to top it off. DON'T EAT HERE!!!

Went in this afternoon waited over 30 minutes for one Mac and cheese!! Staff ignored and pretended not to see me when I came to the counter to ask how much longer, others who came before me experienced the same wait time they said if not longer.
