We ordered dinner to be delivered. When it arrived one of the plates had an entire entree missing! I called and they basically said , oh sorry. I said I need them to resend it and they said they couldn’t. I asked for a refund and they refunded only $2!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? We won’t be ordering from them again! The customer service is terrible!!! I am pissed. Rather than eating the food we ordered, I ate cereal since I had planned to share this!!! Unacceptable!

Food was delicious but my poor husband opened his not so fortunate cookie to find out there was no fortune. He had a bad day and was really looking forward to this cookie just for you guys to ruin his whole night. This keeps happening and it is unacceptable!

Absolutely stunned at the portion sizes and lack of care for customer's orders. Why did I pay for this? Hoping someone in management reaches out, but I have doubts. Also: after actually eating the food the orange chicken was nearly petrified, the rice is completely inedible, dry, and clumped, and there was almost no beef in the double order of beef and broccoli, the Wonton's and eggroll were not even cooked all the way If it wasn't so late I would have taken it back and gotten a refund.

Quality is gone now. Just got orange chicken and not only was there chunks of 4-6 inch’s of just breading NO CHICKEN when I did find rare pieces of chicken it was extremely dark and tasted off - this is not normal. I called and they do not make their stuff fresh anymore as advertised it’s frozen “chicken”. Asked for refund but was offered another plate.

Drive thru was fast on Sunday during lunch time. Literally 1 min wait. Soon as I got change I was handed my order. Fried Rice here is awesome !
I agree that something needs to be done about the blinding left leaving the drive thru. Not sure if its Panda Express that is responsible but something should be done about that thick shrubbery. There is a constant flow of traffic coming into the mall and you can not see any of it until it's to late !

Outside of Silvermine Subs this place has to be one of the worst run stores I've ever tried. Given this place numerous chances over the years and each time the food is either bad or just outright wrong. Whatever you do never order delivery from them. Its always messed up.
