Completely hit or miss. Half the time we get great service, food is portioned well and hot, and our order is correct. Other half the time we get zero effort service, the scrapings of the pan only half filled up in our box, and the wrong food! I don't know what to expect, but wish it was just consistent.
I stopped with a group for lunch and we hit just before noon and there was a lot of people going in. I thought it would be slow but I was surprised, the ladies that do Tuesday lunch shift know how to do it. They worked like a well oiled machine and you did not stand still very long and it was time to move forward. we got our food quickly. I come to panda express a lot and today I went in and the gentleman that was helping me at the window. He is such a funny, nice guy every time I go in he makes my experience amazing. He’s a great asset to your company. He always brings a smile to my face good job panda express.
