Visibly dirty floors, sticky splattered drink station. No baguettes!? No bread bowls?! Soup we had to wait 30 minutes for (for a to go order)… worse than waiting, the worker put the soup container in a microwave to heat it, took it out and stirred it with a thermometer and then wiped that thermometer on her visibly soiled apron, and repeated this multiple times, placing the thermometer on the visibly dirty counter between stirs. My first visit...EVER. Called from far side of Loveland, explained I just had Dental surgery, bowl of soup already paid. Dizzy, Nautious, n been eating soup for 3 months I'm over it. I go inside get in line, ignored by 6 people working at 2 counters, and when Sam finally acknowledges me, argues with me about it being on an empty shelf. then tells me I have to wait, due to how I feel I asked to go thru drivethru to give her time to make it, and allow me to not puke or pass out...read full review
