1: I ordered a Blueberry Lavender lemonade and it tasted like alcohol, I'm assuming due to the ingredients fermenting over time. Please try to do better at keeping them fresh, as the drinks are quite expensive.
2: I ordered a Whole Asian Sesame Chicken salad and there weren't a lot of chicken pieces, and most of them were small, unlike the usual longer pieces that are supposed to be in it.
It is disappointing when this happens especially because it is not cheap.

First time here. Was missing my soup bowl from the pick 2 option. Sandwich tasted alright l nothing special. Can’t believe I spent $45 on bread and chips pretty much! Do people really like this place??

Went to Panera today in Greeley. It was a 30 min wait for a sandwich. When asking for a refund they charged me $2.00 more dollars than their refund. Took 10 mins to get a manger to refund me.

It's sad the menu tells you exactly how to make the sandwich and it literally comes with basil and soppressata! Where's the chicken provolone and zesty sweet peppers? Stop being lazy!!

Ordered a sandwich for online pickup. Vegetables were really bad and the young lady who gave me my order in the drive thru, literally threw my food at me and walked away. What happened to customer service and food quality. Will not be back.

This store really came through for me in a pinch! I ordered catering for 45 people but entered the wrong date! I called and explained what happened and they must have pulled all hands on deck because they had it to me ASAP!! I was so grateful I did not have 45 hangry guests at my tour event! Thank you, Panera Greeley staff!!!!!!!!

⭐ 1/5 Stars - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Save yourself both money and disappointment - stay far away from this Panera Bread location. What they're serving isn't food, it's highway robbery with a side of lettuce cores.

Ordered a $7 "smoothie" that turned out to be nothing but a cup of ice with a hint of flavor somewhere in there. Every attempt to drink it was a battle with the straw getting clogged by massive ice chunks. They must think their customers won't notice that they're basically selling overpriced ice water with food coloring.

The "fresh" ingredients? Let me tell you about fresh. My $13 sandwich and my husband's salad were stuffed with what can only be described as garbage-worthy lettuce ends - you know, the brown, tough cores that even rabbits would reject. We spent half our meal performing surgery on our food, picking out these inedible pieces. His half sandwich and soup combo was an eye-watering $17, which is what you'd expect to pay at a high-end restaurant, not for cafeteria-quality food.

For nearly $40, we could have eaten at a real restaurant. Instead, we got the privilege of paying premium prices for food that belongs in a compost bin. The only thing "artisan" about this place is their artful ability to separate customers from their hard-earned money.

Pros:
- Taught me a valuable lesson about wasting money
- Made me appreciate literally every other restaurant
- At least they're consistent in their terrible quality

Cons:
- Daylight robbery disguised as a restaurant
- Smoothies are essentially cups of ice with flavor whispered over them
- Lettuce cores galore - apparently they can't tell the difference between food and compost
- Prices that would make a luxury restaurant blush
- Portion sizes that would make a mouse feel cheated

Bottom line: If you enjoy throwing money away while picking through sub-par ingredients, this is your place. Otherwise, you'd get better value flushing your cash down the toilet - at least then you wouldn't have to pick lettuce cores out of your teeth.
