I walked in ordered pizza Sunday night June 1st 2025 around 9:00 p.m. The pizza was the worst I've ever ordered from here. The crust was an uneven thickness, there were no toppings on the pizza, the pizza was nothing but sauce and dough. The dough was mushy, under baked. A twenty dollar waste. This is no way to get other people interested in another pizza establishment. This pizza was that awful.

I went in there to return a doordash bag. Then I decided why not get some pizza. The pizza I chose very good.

Food and service was excellent 🏆 I didnt have a chance to actually go to the store I got mine delivered. Phone ordering was good no issues my order was delivered on time driver had no issues finding my address. Much cheaper to order over the phone than by website.

The pizza is always great, but my biggest gripe is with their delivery system now. I was not aware that they had switched to Doordash delivery people until after I had placed my order. It took 30 minutes from when my order left the store for it to get to my apartment and we only live 10 minutes from the store. The Doordash driver was lost because the Doordash gps app sucks and the food was cold by the time it got us. I'm so mad they got rid of their own delivery drivers! I don't order on Doordash for a reason! Bring back the Papa Johns delivery drivers!

Man this is a tough one for me. My family used to order here all the time. The food was always fresh, and the customer service was fantastic. One night I ordered a pizza for the family and unfortunately found a hair baked into my pizza slice. Thankfully I took the slice instead of one of my kiddos, but regardless it kinda ruined Papa John's pizza for me. When I explained the situation they only offered a remake, which I denied and asked for wings because I wasn't really in a pizza mood afterwards. I got my 8 wings with a half apology. I pretty much got told they don't know how that's possible because they wear hats and one employee was bald. Situation sucks, but honestly I've had dang good pizza from here besides that one experience! Please note the store is also super clean, and the people are awesome.

I ordered to the wrong papa John’s on the app to a different location and Gabe jumped on the phone called and got my order canceled and refunded immediately. Then remade my order right away. Great customer service!!
