Possibly the best restaurant in Greeley. The gnocchi I had was phenomenal, and the most reasonable prices I’ve seen for a restaurant like this. If you live in Greeley, you have to give Pellegrini Cucina a try

Loved everything about our meal at Pellegrini Cucina! Truly exceptional authentic southern Italian cuisine, in a beautiful setting in the heart of Greeley and with wonderful staff. Their attention to detail shows, from the house-made pasta (even gluten free!) to amazing desserts. Felt like I was transported right back to Puglia. Thank you!

Excellent food and atmosphere. My only suggestion to them would be to take orders at the table not the register since it gets congested and chaotic.

I spent $90 on takeout and was pretty disappointed. The shrimp was rubbery, and the pasta was just as bad, clumped together in big, undercooked chunks that made it nearly inedible. My daughter ordered the Bolognese and said there was no beef, only sausage. My son-in-law had the lasagna and said it was overloaded with prosciutto.
For dessert, I ordered two cannolis and a toasted almond cream cake, all through their online system and paid in advance. When I arrived, I was informed the almond cake wasn’t available. He said I could choose something else, if I wanted to. I reluctantly chose an extra cannoli instead, but the original item stayed on the ticket, and I was still charged for it. I didn't realize until I got home that there's actually a $2 difference in price, not a huge deal, but it's the principle. The item was out of stock but still listed online, and they knew it wasn’t available before I even got there, yet still charged me for it. The substitution cost less, but they didn’t bother to refund the difference or even acknowledge it. Completely careless.
Overall, the food was mediocre, and the service surrounding the order and substitution felt careless. I ended up overpaying for a disappointing meal. Definitely not worth the $90.

What a hidden gem. I was skeptical about it but I was wrong. Having been to Italy a few times and I can attest Pellegrini is legit. Delicious high quality food and priced reasonable. The owner and waiter were both attentive. Will definitely return soon.

My husband and I visited at lunch time (lunch special) and shared a chicken parmesan panini. It was fantastic! The bread and oil were also great, along with the soup that came with the meal. They’ve upgraded inside, so the atmosphere is bright and staff is very friendly. Highly recommend!

So this was our first time to visit Pellegrini, we went on a few recommendations. We started with the pizza burrata, which is a flatbread style. The prosciutto works very well with the tomatoes, balsamic glaze and burrata cheese. It was flavorful and nicely presented. My partner and I shared a gnocci which was rich and perfectly cooked. The sauce was absolutely delicious! Our table mates had the lasagna, which was stellar, the texture and flavor was unexpected and amazing. The other person had the chicken parm, it was crispy an juicy, very well made. Our toddler totally approved of the spaghetti! A return trip is definitely in the cards, we really enjoyed our time here

Fantastic place and food. But what happened to Pasta Carbonara? No more on the menu.
Definitely an underrated place. I am surprised it isn't busier because the atmosphere is great. There keep serving you bread and do a great job checking in on you. Plenty of pasta options to pick from and the food comes out in a reasonable time. I did think my pasta was a little dry and would have liked it to have a little more but it was still good.
